المستخلص: تناولت هذه الدراسة أسلوب التمني ودلالاته البلاغية بشقيه الحقيقي والمجازي في واحد من أفضل وأوسع كتب التفسير وأغناها بالمادة العلمية، وهو تفسير الإمام أبو الثناء شهاب الدين الألوسي، (روح المعاني في تفسير القرآن العظيم والسبع المثاني). وتتشكل مادة هذه الدراسة من مقدمة، وأربعة مطالب، وخاتمة، وقائمة للمصادر والمراجع، يتناول المطلب الأول نبذة عن الإمام الألوسي، اسمه ونسبته وكنيته وولادته وحياته ووفاته، ونبذة عن كتاب (روح المعاني)، وفي المطلب الثاني يتناول مفهوم التمني في اللغة وفي اصطلاح البلاغيين، ويتناول مفهوم التمني عند الألوسي بشقيه اللغوي والاصطلاحي في ضوء تفسيره روح المعاني، وفي المطلب الثالث يتناول فيه أسلوب التمني الحقيقي، أنواعه وأدواته في ضوء فكر الألوسي من خلال تفسيره، أما المطلب الأخير فقد تناول فيه الدلالات البلاغية لأسلوب التمني في تفسير الألوسي، ثم الخاتمة، وثبت للمصادر والمراجع. وتكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في بيان مدى استيعاب تفسير روح المعاني لكثير من مباحث البلاغة المتعلقة بالنظم والإعجاز، وقد استعان الباحث بالمنهج الاستقرائي، والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والمنهج التقويمي.

This study dealt with the style of wishful thinking and its rhetorical connotations, both real and metaphorical, in one of the best and most extensive books of interpretation and the richest in scientific material, which is the interpretation of Imam Abu al-Thana Shihab Al-Din Al-Alusi, (The Spirit of Meanings in the Interpretation of the Great Qur’an and the Seven Mathanis). The material for this study consists of an introduction, four sections, a conclusion, and a list of sources and references. The first section deals with an overview of Imam Al-Alusi, his name, lineage, surname, birth, upbringing, and death, and an overview of his book (The Spirit of Meanings). The second section deals with the concept of wishing in language and in the terminology of rhetoricians. It deals with the concept of wishing according to Al-Alusi, both its linguistic and terminological parts, in the light of his interpretation of the spirit of meanings. In the third section, he deals with the method of true wishing, its types and tools in the light of Al-Alusi’s thought through his interpretation. As for the last section, it dealt with the rhetorical implications of the method of wishing in Al-Alusi’s interpretation, and then the conclusion, and proven sources and references. The importance of this study lies in demonstrating the extent to which this interpretation accommodates many rhetorical topics related to systems and miracles. It has used the inductive approach and the descriptive analytical approach.
