المستخلص: يستهدف هذا البحث تحديد العوامل المؤدية للزواج المبكر والمخاطر المترتبة على الزواج المبكر. فللزواج المبكر مشكلات ومخاطر على تقع على الفتيات ومن أبرز هذه المخاطر تحمل المسؤولية في سن صغيرة جدا. إذ إن المسؤولية تكون كبيرة عند تكوين الأسرة، وتتضاعف عند إنجاب الأطفال، خاصة عند عدم وجود شخص بالغ لتقديم النصح والإرشاد والتوجيه، وليس كذلك فحسب بل هناك مخاطر للزواج المبكر متمثلة في تخطي مرحلة مهمه من مراحل الحياة وهي مرحلة المراهقة التي تبدأ فيها الشخصيات بالتشكل، واستكشاف الحياة. مما يؤثر على شخصية الأفراد وتفكيرهم. ومن مخاطر الزواج المبكر المخاطر الصحية والتأثير السلبي للحمل على صحة الفتاة في سن مبكرة، ومن مخاطر الزواج المبكر أيضا احتمالية انهيار الزواج بسبب الجهل وعدم القدرة على التكيف وصعوبة إكمال التعليم نتيجة زيادة المسؤوليات، وليس كذلك فحسب بل يقف عقبة أمام الفتيات في الحصول على فرص عمل جديدة، وذلك بسبب مستويات التعليم المنخفضة للمقبلين على الزواج المبكر، وليس كذلك فقط بل هناك مواجهة صعوبة في تربية الأطفال وذلك لنقص الإلمام الكافي بأساليب التربية وأيضا من مخاطر الزواج المبكر عدم قدرة الفتاة رفع دعوي الطلاق أو خلع نظرا لعدم توثيق عقد الزواج مما يترتب عليه عدم استخراج شهادة ميلاد للأطفال وعدم قدرتهم في الحصول على حقوقهم المتمثلة في حقهم في الالتحاق بالتعليم الأساسي وحقهم في الحصول على التطعيمات الإجبارية.

This research aims to identify the factors that lead to early marriage, and the risks resulting from early marriage. Early marriage poses problems and risks for girls, and the most prominent of these risks is bearing responsibility at a very young age. The responsibility is great when forming a family, and doubles when having children, especially when there is no adult to provide advice, guidance and direction. And not only that, but there are risks to early marriage represented by skipping an important stage of life, which is the adolescence stage that begins. It has characters forming and exploring life. Which affects the personality and thinking of individuals. Among the risks of early marriage are health risks and the negative impact of pregnancy on a girl’s health at an early age. Among the risks of early marriage are also the possibility of the marriage collapsing Because of ignorance, inability to adapt, and the difficulty of completing education as a result of increased responsibilities, and not only that, but it also stands as an obstacle for girls in obtaining new job opportunities, and that is because of the low levels of education for those who are about to marry early, and not only that, but there is also facing difficulty. In raising children, due to a lack of sufficient knowledge of education methods. Also among the dangers of early marriage is the girl’s inability to file a lawsuit for divorce or divorce due to the lack of documentation of the marriage contract, which results in the failure to obtain a birth certificate for the children and their inability to obtain their rights represented by their right to enroll in basic education and their right to obtain compulsory vaccinations.
