The situation of Unaccompanied Minors poses a significant challenge, particularly in Europe and Morocco. Despite the ratification of the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC), the implementation of protection mechanisms for these minors remains insufficient, especially in Morocco, a host and transit country. This article analyzes the challenges related to the management of unaccompanied Minors, highlighting the efforts and shortcomings of European and Moroccan migration policies. It concludes with the urgent need to strengthen legal frameworks and support mechanisms to ensure effective protection for unaccompanied Minors. Les Mineurs Non Accompagnés (MNA) constituent un défi majeur pour l’Europe et le Maroc. Bien que la Convention internationale des droits de l’enfant (CIDE) ait été ratifiée, la mise en oeuvre de mécanismes de protection adaptés demeure insuffisante, notamment au Maroc, un pays à la fois de transit et d’accueil. Cet article explore les défis inhérents à la gestion des MNA, en examinant les réussites et les limites des politiques migratoires européennes et marocaines. Il souligne l’urgence de renforcer les cadres juridiques ainsi que les dispositifs d’accompagnement, afin de garantir une protection réelle et durable à ces enfants vulnérables. |
