المستخلص: دراسة تحليلية تهدف إلى توضيح الأهداف العامة والخاصة للسور القرآنية، وتحديد قواعد منهجية لاستكشاف هذه المقاصد. تبدأ الورقة البحثية بمقدمة تبرز أهمية هذا المجال، حيث تعد دراسة مقاصد القرآن الكريم مهمة للمتخصصين في الدراسات الإسلامية والتفسير، حيث تتعدى التفاصيل إلى الكليات والأهداف، وتساعد المفسرين على فهم أعمق للقرآن وتأدية الواجبات كما أرادها الشارع الدراسة تساهم في تجديد التفسير وإثراء المحتوى العلمي في هذا المجال. تهدف الدراسة إلى إثبات أن لكل سورة قرآنية مقصدا خاصا يتكامل مع المقاصد الكلية للقرآن الكريم، كما تسعى إلى توضيح الفرق بين المقاصد المختلفة وتحديد قواعد شاملة ومتسقة للكشف عنها. تناقش الدراسة عدة محاور منها قاعدة الفواتح التي تتناول أنواع الفواتح في السور ودلالاتها، وقاعدة الخواتم التي تشرح أنواع خواتم السور ودلالتها على المقاصد، كما تستعرض قاعدة التكرار وأهميته في النص القرآني. تشير النتائج إلى أهمية التفسير المقاصدي كأداة فعالة في تجديد مناهج علم التفسير، تعد هذه الدراسة مساهمة قيمة في فهم أعمق وأشمل للقرآن الكريم، وتسعى إلى تعزيز الدراسات القرآنية عبر تبني منهجيات جديدة تركز على الغايات والأهداف الكامنة في السور.

This research addresses the topic of "The Principles and Standards for Understanding the Objectives of the Quranic Surahs," which is a fundamental issue in the field of Tafsir (interpretation). It aims to clarify a sound methodology for extracting the objectives of the Quranic surahs, enhancing the understanding of Quranic texts and providing new dimensions that go beyond a mere focus on details and specifics. Instead, it promotes a comprehensive vision that connects the overarching goals and profound purposes of the Holy Quran. The study highlights the significance of the purposive interpretation as a means to renew the science of Tafsir. This approach allows for a correct understanding of the surahs by relying on clear principles, such as the opening and closing verses of the surahs, repetition, coherence, reasons for revelation, names of the surahs, and other rules that contribute to this objective. Furthermore, the research indicates that each surah has its unique purpose, which complements the broader objectives of the Quran. This makes the study of the surahs' purposes an effective tool for grasping God's intent behind the revelation of these blessed verses. In conclusion, the researcher recommends a greater focus on the objectives of the Quranic surahs and the adoption of the purposive interpretive method in contemporary Quranic studies. This approach could serve as a foundation for developing interpretive curricula and enriching Islamic studies with a deeper and more integrated understanding of the Holy Quran.
