المستخلص: هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية بالبحث عن دور الذكاء الاصطناعي وتقنياته المختلفة وأهمية توظيفها في المؤسسات الجامعية، ومدى احتياجات تلك المؤسسات لهذه التقنيات وتأثيراتها المتوقعة على كافة الخريجين، وخاصة مع التطور الهائل في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات والتغيرات المتلاحقة في البرمجيات وأنظمة الحواسب الإلكترونية وظهور ابتكارات جديدة في هذا المجال، مما أدى إلى ظهور طرق وأساليب متنوعة تدعمها تكنولوجيا الوسائل المتعددة لمكوناتها المختلفة وتعتمد على توظيف المستحدثات التكنولوجية لتحقيق التعلم المطلوب بشكل أفضل، حيث تعتبر الجامعة من أهم المؤسسات الاجتماعية التي تقوم بإعداد أفراد مدربين ومؤهلين على مختلف التخصصات والمهن التي يحتاجها المجتمع، فهي مصدر الثروة لكل المنظمات الأخرى، ولا شك أن توظيف بعض تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي كالمحتوى الذكي وأنظمة التعلم الذكي، ونظم الخبرة، وتقنية معالجة اللغات الطبيعية والواقع الافتراضي (VR)، والواقع المعزز (AR)، والروبوتات الذكية وآلية التحكم بها والتطبيقات والشركات والمواقع المختلفة القائمة على تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي مثل تطبيقات المفكر الرياضي Think ster math)) ومواقع Brainy، شركة التكنولوجيات للمحتوى (content technologies)، وغيرها في مواجهة بعض المشكلات والتحديات وتزويد سوق العمل بالتخصصات والموارد البشرية اللازمة لمتطلبات التنمية الشاملة في المجتمع، وقد قدمت الدراسة عدة توصيات وفقا لما توصلت إليه من نتائج من أهمها ضرورة توظيف تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في المؤسسات الجامعية، وتوفير البيئة التعليمية اللازمة لتعليم تقنيات ونماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي مما ينعكس على كفاءة الخريجين ونجاحهم في مواجهة تحديات التقدم التقني والانفجار المعرفي.

The research paper aimed to search for the role of artificial intelligence and its various technologies, and the importance of employing them in university institutions and the extent of the needs of these institutions for these technologies and their expected effects on the efficiency of graduates, especially with the tremendous development in the conditions of information and communication technology and the successive changes of software and electronic computer systems and the emergence of new innovations in this field, which led to the emergence of various methods and methods supported by multimedia technology with its various components and depends on the employment of technological innovations to achieve the required learning better, as the university is considered one of the most important social institutions that By preparing trained and qualified individuals for the various specializations and professions that society needs, as they are the source of human wealth. There is no doubt that employing some artificial intelligence technologies such as smart content, smart learning systems, experience systems, natural language processing technology, virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR), smart robots and their control mechanism, Various applications, companies and websites based on artificial intelligence technologies, such as Think ster Math, Brain and Content Technologies, etc., in the areas of some problems and challenges and providing the labor market with the specializations and human resources necessary for the requirements of comprehensive development in society. The study made several recommendations according to its findings, the most important of which is the need to employ artificial intelligence applications in university institutions. Providing the educational environment necessary to teach artificial intelligence techniques and models, which is reflected in its efficiency Graduates and their success in facing the challenges of technical progress and knowledge explosion.
