المستخلص: This article examines the emerging concept of "pan-Atlanticism" and its implications for Morocco as a geopolitical hub on the Atlantic facade. It highlights Morocco's recent initiatives to promote pan-Atlantic cooperation, notably through Afro-Atlanticism, within the framework of its strategic vision. Drawing on official declarations and speeches by King Mohammed VI, the article analyzes Morocco's geopolitical positioning, emphasizing its objective of transforming the Atlantic facade into a space for human communication and economic integration. The focus is on the importance of this maritime orientation for securing future trade routes and preserving Morocco's strategic interests, particularly the issue of the Moroccan Sahara. Furthermore, the article examines the growing role of the blue economy in Moroccan foreign policy, underscoring the country's efforts to become a contemporary maritime power and a strategic platform for partnership between Europe, Africa, and the Mediterranean. Finally, it identifies challenges and opportunities for Morocco in developing its Atlantic facade as a regional hub, particularly in terms of infrastructure, logistics, and economic competitiveness.

Cet article examine le concept émergent du "panatlantisme" et son implication pour le Maroc en tant que pôle géopolitique sur la façade atlantique. Il met en lumière les initiatives récentes du Maroc visant à promouvoir une coopération panatlantique, notamment à travers l'Afro-atlantisme, dans le cadre de sa vision stratégique. En se basant sur les déclarations officielles et discours du roi Mohammed VI, l'article analyse le positionnement géopolitique du Maroc, mettant en avant son objectif de transformer la façade atlantique en un espace de communication humaine et d'intégration économique. L'accent est mis sur l'importance de cette orientation maritime pour la sécurisation des routes commerciales futures et la préservation des intérêts stratégiques du Maroc, en particulier la question du Sahara marocain. En outre, l'article examine le rôle croissant de l'économie bleue dans la politique étrangère marocaine, soulignant les efforts du pays pour devenir une puissance maritime contemporaine et une plateforme stratégique pour le partenariat entre l'Europe, l'Afrique et la Méditerranée. Enfin, il identifie les défis et les opportunités pour le Maroc dans le développement de sa façade atlantique en tant que plaque tournante régionale, notamment en matière d'infrastructures, de logistique et de compétitivité économique.
