تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين المجتمع والإعاقة، والتأثير المتبادل بينهما، وفى إطار هذا الهدف تتبنى الدراسة الحالية الإجابة على عدة تساؤلات فرعية وهي: 1. ما العوامل المسببة لها في المجتمع؟ 2. كيف يمكن دعم دور الأسرة في دمج المعوق اجتماعيا في المجتمع؟ 3. ما الوسائل التي تحقق الدمج الاجتماعي للمعوق على مستوى المجتمع الليبي ككل؟
The actual study is about subject that deals with the close relationship disability and society, and their reciprocal effect because if society affects disability, then disability in turn affects society. The subject implies the degree of appropriateness of the programmers of social care dedicated to the disabled in Libya for their actual needs and what should be the programmers of rehabilitation to integrate the disabled in the society. On the other hand, the search for the degree of interaction between the disabled's families and the disability, and its role in attenuating the disability. This requires an evaluation of the programmers. The aims of the study and its queries: This study aims at knowing the nature of the relationship between society and disability, and their reciprocal effect in the frame of this aim, the current study is adopting the answer to many side questions, which are: 1- What is the social reality of disability and what are the factors causing it in the Libyan society? 2- How can we be directed towards the family and support its role in integrating the disabled society in the Libyan society? 3- What are the means that realize the social integration of the disabled on the Libyan society level as a whole? 4- Is there a new view to caring about the disabled in the Libyan society? Heat are the aspects of this view?
