The increasing interest in women entrepreneurship is related to its role and its very important place in the economic and social development of countries, through the creation of jobs, income and wealth. This type of entrepreneurship can play a key role in the diversification of economies. The goal of this study is to explore the overview of the situation of women entrepreneurship around the world and in Algeria, whereby it can serve as a lever for economic recovery. Indeed, after a very deep exploration in the literature on this subject, the public authorities can influence the act of creation of women businesses through social and economic diversification measures. L’intérêt croissant pour l'entrepreneuriat féminin est lié à son rôle et à sa place très importante dans le développement économique et social des pays, à travers la création d’emplois, de revenus et de richesses. Ce type d'entrepreneuriat peut jouer un rôle primordial dans la diversification des économies. Le but de la présente étude est d'explorer l'état des lieux de l'entrepreneuriat féminin à travers le monde et en Algérie, où celui-ci peut servir comme un levier de relance économique. En effet, après une exploration très approfondie dans la littérature sur ce sujet, les pouvoirs publics peuvent influencer l'acte de création d'entreprises féminines à travers des actions de diversification sociale et économique. |
