تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في اثر الانقسام في ليبيا على الهجرة غير الشرعية وأسباب الانقسام السياسي الذي أدى بدورة إلى انقسام المؤسسات في الدولة ومن بينهن جهاز الهجرة غير الشرعية الذي انقسم إلى جهازين واحد في الغرب والآخر في الشرق وغياب الاتصال بنهم مما أدى إلى غياب الإحصائيات الصحة على أعداد المهاجرين سواء الداخلين إلى ليبيا أو الخارجين منها إلى أوروبا، وكذلك وجود بعض المخازن البشرية في اغلب المدن الليبية الخارجة عن سلطة الدولة وعدم إمكانية الأجهزة الأمنية التعامل مع من يسيطر على هذه المخازن والتي ينتهك فيها كرامة الإنسان... كما ندرس في هذا البحث التحول في ليبيا من دولة عبور إلى دولة مصدرة بعد عام 2014م حيث بداء الشباب الليبي في الهجرة نظر لسوء الأحوال المعيشية الصعبة التي يعانيها الشباب الليبي.
This study aims to investigate the impact of the division in Libya on illegal immigration and the reasons for the political division that in turn led to the division of institutions in the country, among them the illegal immigration system, which was divided into two agencies, one in the West and the other in the East, and the absence of insatiable contact, which led to the absence of health statistics The number of immigrants, whether entering Libya or leaving it to Europe, as well as the presence of some human warehouses in most Libyan cities outside the authority of the state and the inability of the security services to deal with those who control these stores and in which the dignity of the human being is violated As we study in this research Transition in Libya from a transit country to an exporting country after 2014, when the Libyan youth began to migrate due to the poor and difficult living conditions experienced by the Libyan youth.
