المستخلص: تعد جودة التعليم الإلكتروني أساسية في تحقيق تطلعات المجتمعات المعاصرة، ومن لم يعد البحث في مدى ملاءمة سياسات التعليم بدولة الكويت لمتطلباته ضرورة لضمان تحسين وتطوير العملية التعليمية بشكل شامل، بمثابة موضوعا يجذب القارئ نحو التأمل في تحديات تنظيمية وهدية يمكن أن تؤثر بشكل كبير على مستقبل التعليم في البلاد. وهدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مدى ملاءمة سياسات التعليم بدولة الكويت المتطلبات جودة التعليم. الإلكتروني (المادية- التقنية- البشرية)، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الكويت، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (93) عضوا، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي كمنهج للدراسة، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن ملاءمة سياسات التعليم بدولة الكويت لمتطلبات جودة التعليم الإلكتروني (المادية) جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وأن ملاءمة سياسات التعليم بدولة الكويت لمتطلبات جودة التعليم الإلكتروني (النقدية) جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، كما أظهرت نتيجة الدراسة أن ملاءمة سياسات التعليم بدولة الكويت المتطلبات جودة التعليم الإلكتروني (البشرية) جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاستعادة بمجموعة من المتخصصين في مجال التعليم عن بعد، وكذلك الاستفادة من الخبرات والتجارب الأجنبية في هذا المجال التطوير العملية التعليمية بجامعة الكويت، وعقد دورات تدريبية لجميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الكويت؛ الصقل مهاراتهم الفنية لتوظيفها في العملية التعليمية.

The quality of online education is essential in fulfilling the aspirations of modern societies. Therefore, researching the appropriateness of its requirements to educational policies in Kuwait is necessary to ensure full development of the educational process. This serves as a topic that draws the reader to reflect on organizational and technological challenges that can significantly affect the future of education in Kuwait. The study aims to identify the extent to which education policies in the State of Kuwait are appropriate to the quality requirements of e-learning (physical- technical- human). The study population consists of all faculty members at Kuwait University, which includes (93) faculty members. The study adopts the descriptive approach as a method for the study through a questionnaire as a study tool. The study found that the appropriateness of education policies in the State of Kuwait to the (physical) requirements of the quality of e-learning came to a medium degree, and that the appropriateness of education policies in the State of Kuwait to the (technical) requirements of the quality of e-learning came to a moderate degree. The results of the study also show that the appropriateness of education policies in the State of Kuwait to the (human) requirements of the quality of e-learning came to a moderate degree. The study recommends seeking the help of a group of specialists in the field of distant education, as well as to benefit from foreign expertise and experiences in this field to improve the educational process at Kuwait University, and to hold training programs for faculty members at Kuwait University to improve their technical skills for the educational process.
