المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على مستوى اضطراب التوافق لدى النازحات اليمنيات في محافظة صنعاء وأمانة العاصمة، والتعرف على الفروق في مستوى اضطراب التوافق تبعاً لمتغير (العمر، المستوى التعليمي- الحالة الاجتماعية - مدة النزوح) وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (500) نازحة تم اختيارهن بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، واستخدمت الباحثة مقياس اضطراب التوافق من إعدادها، وأظهرت نتائج البحث أن مستوى اضطراب التوافق جاء بدرجة عالية، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق في مستوى اضطراب التوافق لدى النازحات في متغير المستويات التعليمي لصالح الأميات والأقل تعليماً، وأيضا فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية وفقاً لمتغير مدة النزوح لصالح الفترة الأكبر، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى اضطراب التوافق تبعاً لمتغير (العمر، الحالة الاجتماعية) وتوصي الباحثة بإقامة البرامج الإرشادية والعلاجية لخفض مستوى اضطراب التوافق لدى النازحات اليمنيات وتثقيفهن بأهمية التوافق السوي وكيفية تحقيقه في الحياة ووضع الخطط وتحديد الأهداف والسعي لتحقيقها بقدر الممكن، واكتشاف نقاط القوة وتعزيزها وتطوير جوانب الضعف وتنمية القدرات والمهارات والإمكانات لتحقيق التوافق السوي، كما توصي الباحثة أصحاب القرار والسلطة لتقديم المزيد من الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي والخدمي لمساعدة المرأة النازحة على تأمين مستلزماتها وتوفير البيئة الصحية والنفسية السليمة لها من أجل توافق أفضل؛ وإيجاد الحلول للمشكلات الناجمة عن النزوح.

The current research aims to identify the level of adjustment disorder among displaced Yemeni women in Sana’a Governorate and Amant al asama, and to identify differences in the level of adjustment disorder according to the variable (age, educational level- social status- duration of displacement). The researcher used the descriptive approach, and the research sample consisted of (500 (displaced women) were selected by a stratified random method. The researcher used a measure of adjustment disorder prepared by her. The results of the research showed that the level of adjustment disorder was "high". The results showed that there were differences in the level of adjustment disorder among displaced women in the variable of educational levels in favor of the illiterate and the less educated, and also significant differences. Statistics according to the variable duration of displacement in favor of the longest period, and there are no statistically significant differences in the level of adjustment disorder according to the variable (age, social status). The researcher recommends establishing counseling and therapeutic programs to reduce the level of adjustment disorder among displaced Yemeni women and educate them on the importance of healthy adjustment and how to achieve it in life, developing plans, setting goals and motives them to achieve it, discovering strengths and strengthening them, developing weaknesses and developing capabilities, skills and capabilities to achieve healthy adjustment, as the researcher recommends to decision-making and authority to provide more psychological, social, and service support to help displaced women secure their necessities and provide them with health and psychological environment for better reconciliation; And finding solutions for the resulting from displacement problems.
