المستخلص: تعد السنة النبوية المصدر الثاني للتشريع الإسلامي بعد القرآن الكريم، وقد حظيت باهتمام خاص من قِبَل علماء أصول الفقه الذين سعوا لفهم دلالاتها واستخلاص الأحكام منها، ومن أهم الجوانب التي اهتم بها الأصوليون في دراسة السنة هي: الأفعال النبوية، بما في ذلك "إشاراته صلى الله عليه وسلم تلك العلامات والحركات التي صدرت عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، والتي تعد من الأدوات الهامة في استنباط الأحكام الشرعية. ونظرا لأهمية هذا الموضوع في مجال التشريع العملي؛ رغبت في المساهمة بالكتابة عنه وبيان دوره في استنباط الأحكام الشرعية، ويهدف البحث إلى دراسة الإشارات النبوية من الناحية الأصولية من حيث بيان المقصود بها، وذكر أنواعها، ودلالاتها، وحجيتها، بالإضافة إلى توضيح المرجع في فهمها، وتفسيرها، ومناقشة حكم التعارض بينها وبين أقواله صلى الله عليه وسلم، كما يتناول البحث استقراء بعض النصوص الشرعية المشتملة على إشارات النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، في مجال العبادات، واستنباط الأحكام الشرعية منها، مع عرض أقوال العلماء فيها وأدلتهم، وبيان الرأي الراجح، وسبب الترجيح، وقد ذُيِّل البحث بخاتمة بها أهم النتائج من أبرزها: سعة دلالة الإشارات النبوية، حيث تعتبر من الأصول التي يستند إليها الفقهاء في استنباط الأحكام الشرعية؛ لذا أُوصي الباحثين باستقراء متون الأحاديث لجمع إشارات النبي في مؤلف واحد؛ لما في ذلك من أثر بالغ في إثراء الفقه الإسلامي.

The Sunnah of the Prophet is considered the second source of Islamic legislation after the Holy Quran. It has received special attention from scholars of the principles of jurisprudence who sought to understand its implications and extract rulings from it. One of the most important aspects that scholars of the principles of jurisprudence were interested in studying the Sunnah is; the actions of the prophet, including his "signs"- those signs and movements by the Prophet (peace be upon him)- which are considered important tools in deriving legal rulings. The importance of this topic in the field of practical legislation is the reason behind my wish to contribute by writing about it and explaining its role in deriving legal rulings. The research aims to: study the prophetic signs from the fundamentalists' perspective in terms of explaining what is meant by them, mentioning their types, their implications, and their authority, in addition to clarifying the reference in understanding and interpreting them. Discussing the ruling on the conflict between the signs and the sayings of the prophet (peace be upon him). The research also deals with the induction of some legal texts that include the signs of the Prophet (peace be upon him) in the field of worship, and deriving legal rulings from them, with a presentation of the scholars' statements and their evidence, and a statement of the prevailing opinion. The reason for the preference, and the research ended with a conclusion of the most important results, the most prominent of which are: the width of the meaning of the prophetic signs, as they are considered one of the basis that jurists rely on in deriving legal rulings; therefore, I recommend that researchers extrapolate the texts of the hadiths to collect the signs of the Prophet (peace and blessings of God be upon him) in one book; because this has a great impact in enriching Islamic jurisprudence.
