المستخلص: إن لمبحث الدلالة أهمية كبيرة، ذلك أن فهم النصوص الشرعية متوقف على هذا المبحث، وتأتي هذه الدراسة لبيان دلالة العام والخاص عند كل من علماء القرآن والمفسرين والأصوليين، وقد كان منطلق هذه الدراسة جملة من الإشكالات مرتبة بهذا المبحث بين علماء القرآن والأصوليين بهدف رفعها والإجابة عنها، منها كيف تناول كل منهما هذا المبحث؟، وهل كان كل منهما له هدف يختلف عن الآخر فيه؟، وقد فرضت طبيعة هذه الدراسة أن يعتمد الباحث فيها على المنهجين التحليلي والاستقرائي، وتوصلت الدراسة لجملة من النتائج أبرزها: أن هدف علماء الأصول من هذا المبحث هو التقعيد له وبيان قواعده، وذلك من أجل معرفة دقائقه وضبطه، بينما انقسم علماء القرآن في تناولهم لهذا المبحث إلى ثلاثة أقسام: فمنهم من تناوله دون أن يخصص له بابًا، ومنهم من تناوله دون التعرض لكل تفاصيله، ومنهم من تناوله وعقد له فصلا خاصا به، وقد زاد بعض علماء القرآن على علماء الأصول إدخال هذا المبحث في أساليب القرآن وبلاغته. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بهذا النوع من مباحث علم الأصول ودراسته في كل من كتب التفسير وكتب علم أصول الفقه، وذلك من أجل إظهارها وتبسيطها وتقريبها للباحثين في ثوب يساعد على إعمالها في نوازل العصر.

The topic of semantics is of great importance because understanding the legal texts depends on this topic. This study aimed to clarify the meaning of the general and the specific among Quranic scholars, interpreters, and legal theorists. The starting point of this study was a set of problems arranged in this topic between Quranic scholars and legal theorists with the aim of raising and answering them, including how each of them dealt with this topic? Did each of them have a different goal from the other in it? The nature of this study imposed that the researcher rely on the analytical and inductive approaches. The study reached a set of results, the most prominent of which is that the goal of legal theorists in this topic is to establish it and clarify its rules, in order to know its details and control it. Among them, Quranic scholars were divided in their treatment of this topic into three sections: Some of them dealt with it, without allocating a chapter for it, without addressing all its details, or dealt with it and devoted a special chapter to it. Some Quranic scholars have added to the legal theorists by introducing this topic into the styles and rhetoric of the Quran. The study recommended the necessity of paying attention to this type of Usul al-Fiqh research and studying it in both interpretation books and Usul Al-Fiqh books, in order to show it, simplify it and bring it closer to researchers in a way that helps them apply it to contemporary issues.
