المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث الجانب الاجتماعي في شعر حافظ إبراهيم، ذلك الشاعر الاجتماعي الإنساني الكبير، الذي برز بين شعراء العصر الحديث بشعره الاجتماعي، وتفوق عليهم جميعا، وكان شعره في هذا الجانب صورة صادقة لواقع المجتمع في عصره، وما يموج به من أمراض وعلل، وما يتقلب فيه بعض المصريين من بؤس وحرمان وشقاء في ظل الاستعمار الإنجليزي، الذي استولى على خيرات مصر، وانتفع بها هو وأعوانه فقط، وحرموا الشعب حتى من ضروريات الحياة، فكان شاعر الشعب، وكان أيضا الشاعر الاجتماعي، الذي نوه النقاد بفضله وجهوده في المجال الاجتماعي. وقد تناول البحث دراسة موضوعية لاجتماعيات حافظ، تكشف عن القضايا والموضوعات والمشكلات الاجتماعية التي عرض لها حافظ في شعره. وفيه تم الوقوف على أبرز الظواهر المضمونية والفنية، التي انطوى عليها شعره في الجانب الاجتماعي، ووضحت فيه إلى حد كبير، مع الاستشهاد عليها، بما يدعمها ويؤكدها من شعره الاجتماعي. كما تناول الحديث عن آراء بعض النقاد في حافظ إبراهيم، وشعره في الجانب الاجتماعي، مع مناقشة تلك الآراء، والتعقيب عليها، وهي آراء تكشف -في جملتها- عن تقدير النقاد لشعر حافظ إبراهيم الاجتماعي، وتميزه بين الشعراء بهذا الجانب، واعترافهم بجودة شعره الاجتماعي، كما تشير في ثناياها إلى بعض المآخذ عليه في هذا الجانب الشعري.

In this research, I deal with the social aspect of the poetry of Hafez Ibrahim, that great humanistic social poet, who stood out among the poets of the modern era with his social poetry, and surpassed them all, and his poetry in this aspect was a true example of the reality of society in his time, and the diseases and ills that rippled through it, And what some Egyptians are experiencing of misery, deprivation and misery under the English colonialism, which seized the goods of Egypt, and benefited only him and his helpers, They deprived the people even of the necessities of life, so he was the people's poet, and he was also the social poet, Critics praised him for his efforts in the social field. The research dealt with an objective study of Hafez's sociology, revealing the issues, topics and social problems that Hafez presented in his poetry. In it, the most prominent substantive and artistic phenomena involved in his poetry in the social aspect were identified, and they were explained to a large extent, with citations to them, supported and confirmed by his social poetry. He also discussed the opinions of some critics about Hafez Ibrahim and his poetry in the social aspect, discussing those opinions and commenting on them, which reveal – in their entirety – the appreciation of critics for Hafez Ibrahim's social poetry, It distinguishes him among poets in this aspect, and their recognition of the quality of his social poetry, and also indicates in its folds some shortcomings in this poetic aspect.
