المستخلص: تقدم هذه الدراسة أحد أوجه المساهمة الثقافية للأمير عبد القادر، وذلك بإبراز البيئة الحاضنة للعلم والمعرفة والنبوغ بمعهد القيطنة الذي يشرف عليه والده، وجد هذا التكوين الثري والمتنوع من فطاحل علماء زمانه أرضية خصبة في نفسية وعقلية الأمير عبد القادر أورقت علما وأدبا. وهذا الإشعاع العلمي والثقافي أزاح تلك الصورة النمطية بأن بلاد المغرب لا مدنية لهم ولا ثقافة خصوصا لدى المؤرخين الغربيين وحتى المشارقة. واستثمار هذا الجهد المعرفي في إرساء هياكل تربوية ومناهج دراسية مبتكرة لدولته ولا تتركه للمبادرات الفردية فقط. وإبراز مواطن الخلل بعدم إنشاء هيئة المترجمين العرب ينذر لها كبار العلماء تفرضها حتمية المواجهة حربا وسلما مع الفرنسيين. ووقفنا على تجليات هذه الرسالة التعليمية التي ترجمتها مؤلفاتُ الأمير شعرا ونثرا، وأبانت في كثير من انعطافاتها عن مسلك علمي دقيق ورؤية تجديدية، وسجالات فكرية وحضارية شغلت المسلمين والمسحيين.

This study presents one of the aspects of the cultural contribution of Emir Abdelkader, by highlighting the environment that embraces science, knowledge and genius at the Guetna Institute, which is supervised by his father. This scientific and cultural radiation removed the stereotype that the Maghreb had no civilization or culture, especially among Western and even Eastern historians. And investing this knowledge effort in establishing educational structures and innovative curricula for his country and not leaving it to individual initiatives only. And highlighting the shortcomings by not establishing the Arab Translators Authority warns it of the senior scholars imposed by the inevitability of confrontation war and peace with the French. And we have taken note of the manifestations of this educational message, which were translated by the Emir’s writings in poetry and prose, and in many of its turns, it showed an accurate scientific path, a renewal vision, and intellectual and civilized debates that preoccupied Muslims and Christians.

Cette étude présente un aspect de la contribution culturelle de l’Émir Abdelkader, en mettant en évidence l'environnement incubateur de science, de savoir et de génie à l'Institut de Guitna, supervisé par son père, cette formation riche et diversifiée d'érudits exceptionnels de son temps a trouvé un terrain fertile dans la psychologie et la mentalité de l’Émir Abdelkader, ce qui lui a donné des connaissances et de bonnes moeurs. Ce rayonnement scientifique et culturel a fait disparaître l'image stéréotypée selon laquelle les pays du Maghreb n'ont ni civilisation ni culture, notamment chez les historiens occidentaux et même les orientaux. Ainsi que l’investissement de cet effort de connaissances dans la création de structures et de programmes éducatifs innovants pour son pays et ne pas le laisser aux seules initiatives individuelles. Souligner les lacunes de la non-création d’un corps de traducteurs arabes constitue un avertissement adressé aux chercheurs de haut niveau, imposé par l’inévitabilité d’une confrontation en temps de guerre et de paix avec les Français. Nous avons vu les manifestations de ce message éducatif, qui a été traduit en poésie et en prose par l’Émir, et a révélé à maintes reprises un parcours scientifique précis, une vision renouvelée et des débats intellectuels et civilisationnels qui préoccupaient les musulmans et les chrétiens.
