المستخلص: إن المتأمل للدراسات السوسيواتصالية يلاحظ اختلافا واضحا بين النهج النظري والنماذج التطبيقية المستخدمة لفهم الظواهر الاجتماعية. وعليه سنحاول من خلال هذا المقال إبراز الفرق بين النظرية السوسيولوجية والنماذج الاتصالية، من حيث التعريفات والأهداف. بحيث سنتطرق إلى كيفية سعي النظريات السوسيولوجية لتقديم تفسيرات شاملة حول العوامل الاجتماعية التي تؤثر على التفاعل البشري وسلوك الأفراد والجماعات داخل المجتمع. كما سنناقش كيف تمثل النماذج الاتصالية أدوات تحليلية تساعد في تبسيط وتوضيح عملية التواصل من خلال توضيح عناصره الأساسية، مثل المرسل والمستقبل والقناة، مما يسهم في فهم فعالية الرسالة وتحليل العوامل المؤثرة عليها. كما سيتم التأكيد على أهمية التكامل بين النظريات والنماذج، ودوره في توجيه الباحثين لاختيار الأداة الأنسب للدراسة، مما يعزز الفهم المتكامل للتفاعلات الاجتماعية.

A careful examination of socio-communication studies reveals a clear distinction between the theoretical approach and the applied models used to understand social phenomena. In this article, we will attempt to highlight the difference between sociological theories and communication models in terms of definitions and objectives. We will explore how sociological theories aim to provide comprehensive explanations of the social factors affecting human interaction and the behavior of individuals and groups within society. Additionally, we will discuss how communication models serve as analytical tools that help simplify and clarify the communication process by outlining its essential elements, such as the sender, receiver, and channel, thereby contributing to understanding message effectiveness and analyzing the factors influencing it. Emphasis will also be placed on the importance of integrating theories and models and its role in guiding researchers to choose the most suitable tool for their study, thereby enhancing an integrated understanding of social interactions.

Un examen attentif des études socio-communicatives révèle une distinction claire entre l'approche théorique et les modèles appliqués utilisés pour comprendre les phénomènes sociaux. Dans cet article, nous tenterons de mettre en évidence la différence entre les théories sociologiques et les modèles de communication en termes de définitions et d'objectifs. Nous explorerons comment les théories sociologiques visent à fournir des explications complètes des facteurs sociaux qui affectent l'interaction humaine et le comportement des individus et des groupes au sein de la société. De plus, nous discuterons de la manière dont les modèles de communication servent d'outils analytiques qui aident à simplifier et à clarifier le processus de communication en décrivant ses éléments essentiels, tels que l'émetteur, le récepteur et le canal, contribuant ainsi à comprendre l'efficacité du message et à analyser les facteurs qui l'influencent. L'accent sera également mis sur l'importance de l'intégration des théories et des modèles et son rôle dans l'orientation des chercheurs vers le choix de l'outil le plus adapté à leur étude, améliorant ainsi une compréhension intégrée des interactions sociales.
