المستخلص: تنطلق الدراسة من هدف رئيسي مؤداه تحديد طبيعية إسهامات طريقه تنظيم المجتمع في تحسين الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين في مجال التقنيات المساعدة للأطفال المعاقين، وينبثق من الهدف الرئيسي أهداف فرعية مؤداها ما يلي: ١- تحديد طبيعية المعارف المهنية لتحسين الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين في مجال التقنيات المساعدة للأطفال المعاقين. ٢- تحديد طبيعية المهارات المهنية لتحسين الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين في مجال التقنيات المساعدة للأطفال المعاقين. ٣- تحديد طبيعية القيم المهنية لتحسين الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين في مجال التقنيات المساعدة للأطفال المعاقين، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن يوجد قصور واضح في إعداد الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بمجال التقنيات المساعدة وجمعيات رعاية وتأهيل المعاقين، وأن أهم المعارف المهنية هي الإلمام بالقوانين والتشريعات المعنية بالأطفال المعاقين في مجال التقنيات المساعدة، وأدرك أهمية الإلمام بالوضع الاقتصادي لأسر الأطفال المعاقين، وأن أهم المهارات المهنية الاهتمام بحل المشكلات المتعلقة بأداء الأخصائي الاجتماعي في التقنيات المساعدة، والاهتمام بالاتصال الفعال يحسن من أداء الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في مجال التقنيات المساعدة، والتنسيق مع فريق العمل لصالح العمل في مجال التقنيات المساعدة بالجمعية.

The study is based on a main objective: to determine the nature of the contributions of the community organization method in improving the professional performance of social workers working in the field of assistive technology for children with disabilities. Sub-objectives emerge from the main objective, which are as follows: 1- Determining the nature of professional knowledge to improve the professional performance of social workers working in the field of assistive technology for children with disabilities. 2- Determining the nature of professional skills to improve the professional performance of social workers working in the field of assistive technology for children with disabilities. 3- Determining the nature of professional values to improve the professional performance of social workers working in the field of assistive technologies for children with disabilities. The results of the study concluded that there is a clear deficiency in preparing social workers working in the field of assistive technologies and associations for the care and rehabilitation of the disabled, and that the most important professional knowledge is familiarity with the laws and legislation related to children with disabilities in the field of assistive technologies, and I realize the importance of familiarity with the economic situation of families of children with disabilities, and that the most important professional skills are interest in solving problems related to the performance of the social worker in assistive technologies, and interest in effective communication improves the performance of social workers in the field of assistive technologies, and coordination with the work team for the benefit of work in the field of assistive technologies in the association.
