|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى إعداد مقياس لتحديد مستوى رأس المال النفسي ودراسة علاقته بالتحصيل الأكاديمي لدى الطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم وذوي اضطراب قصور الانتباه المصحوب بالنشاط الزائد. وتكون المقياس في صورته النهائية من (٤٠) مفردة قام الباحثون بتطبيقه على عينة استطلاعية قوامها (١١٥) طالبا بالمرحلة الإعدادية مقسمة على النحو التالي: (٢٥) من ذوي صعوبات التعلم، و (٢٦) من ذوي اضطراب قصور الانتباه المصحوب بالنشاط الزائد، و (٦٤) من العاديين. ثم تمت معالجة البيانات إحصائيا. وأوضحت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين درجات رأس المال النفسي ودرجات التحصيل الأكاديمي لدى الطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم وذوي النشاط الزائد.
|b The current study aimed at preparing a scale for assessing Psychological Capital, and the correlation between psychological capital and academic achievement among students with learning disabilities and students with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. To achieve this aim, the researchers developed the scale in its final form which consisted of (40) items. The scale was administered to (115) preparatory school students, divided as follows: (25) students with learning disabilities, (26) students with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and (64) normal students. Data was statistically analyzed. Results indicated the validity, reliability, and practicality of the scale. Results also revealed that there was a statistically significant correlation between psychological capital and academic achievement among students with learning disabilities and students with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
