المستخلص: هذا البحث هو إعادة صياغة لنظرية طرحها العالم الجليل الإمام الخليل بن أحمد الفراهيدي لوصف وتفسير الإبداع الشعري عند العرب.. وتقوم النظرية بالأساس على ستة مبادئ على رأسها مبدأ الإدراك المنظم للغة والشعر، مع مبادئ أخرى أهمها: أن النظام اللغوي والنظام الشعري كلاهما مبني داخليا، وأن الموسيقى مناط الموهبة والعروض سمة جينية للعرب، وأن هناك فارقا بين الشعر وماء الشعر والتفاضل بين الشعراء يكمن في ماء الشعر وليس في الإطار، وأن الشعراء هم المخاطبون وعليهم قيود عند قول الشعر ولهم مساحة تحرك حر. تتصل المبادئ الستة للنظرية بإبداع الشعر.. وأما التلقي فلدى الباحث تصور مكمل يتمثل في عكس ما تقدم في مرآة القارئ ليكون في ذهنه قبل مطالعة النص الأدبي، مع إضافتين في غاية الأهمية، أولاهما ما يتاح من فكرة النظم التي طرحها الإمام عبد القاهر، والأخرى فكرة الذائقة المدربة التي طرحها الأستاذ محمود شاكر.. لتكتمل نظرية الشعر العربي إبداعا وتلقيا... وأخيرا فإن أهم ما تقدمه النظرية هو إيجاد معادل نظري نابع من أصول عربية لوصف بنية الشعر العربي وتفسيرها تفسيرًا يعادل الكفاءة التي يبدعه بها الشاعر العربي المتمكن من أدوات الشعر.. وأما في جهة التطبيق فإن هذه النظرية تتشعب لتشمل كل مستويات اللغة العربية، لأنها تطرح فكرة النظام الرياضي المغلق المبني داخليًا المدرك إدراكا منظما من جانب المتكلم العربي.. وهو ما يعني أنها أصلح اللغات الإنسانية قاطبة لاستيعات الطرح النظري الأحدث في حقل علم اللغة في العالم (برنامج الحد الأدنى)... وفي جهة التطبيق الإبداعي تواكب هذه النظرية أحدث تطبيقات البرمجة اللغوية في العالم وتطورات الذكاء الاصطناعي.. كما أن وجود مثل هذا النظام الرياضي المغلق المحكم إنما هو خطوة قوية باتجاه إدراج فكرة الشعر في برامج الذكاء الاصطناعي للحصول على تجارب أكثر نضجا من تجارب الشعر في أية لغة أخرى.. بل إنه يمكن القول إنه بشيء من الدقة في تغذية تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي القادرة على التأليف يمكن إدراج مادة منظمة تتيح إنتاج قصائد كاملة آليا.. لأن فكرة الخليل أصلا تقوم على أن اللغة مبنية داخليا والصرف والنحو كذلك، ومثلها إطار كتابة الشعر العروض.. الذي برغم تقادم العهد به يبقى الإطار الشعري الوحيد في العالم القادر على الاندماج في سباق التطور التكنولوجي القائم على أشده في الوقت الراهن، ويبقى في بنيته الهندسية شديدة الإحكام والتماسك مدهشاً لكل من ينظر إليه نظرة موضوعية.. وقادرا على استيعاب الإبداع الشعري بالعربية في كافة أغراضه.

This research is a reformulation of a theory proposed by the great scholar Imam Al-Khalil bin Ahmed Al- Farahidi to describe and explain poetic creativity among the Arabs. The theory is based primarily on six principles, at the top of which is the principle of organized perception of language and poetry, along with other principles, the most important of which are: that the linguistic system and the poetic system are both internally constructed, that music is the basis of talen and prosody is a genetic trait of the Arabs, that there is a difference between poetry and the water of poetry and the differentiation between poets lies in the water of poetry and not in the framework, and that poets are the ones being addressed and are subject to restrictions when reciting poetry and have a free space to move. The six principles of the theory are related to the creation of poetry. As for reception, the researcher has a complementary vision represented in reflecting what was presented in the reader's mirror so that it is in his mind before reading the literary text, with two very important additions, the first of which is: what is available from the idea of the system proposed by Imam Abdul Qaher, and the other: the idea of the trained taste proposed by Professor Mahmoud Shaker.. to complete the theory of Arabic poetry in terms of creativity and reception. Finally, the most important thing that the theory offers is finding a theoretical equivalent stemming from Arab origins to describe the structure of Arabic poetry and interpret it with an interpretation equivalent to the efficiency with which the Arab poet who is proficient in the tools of poetry creates it.. As for the application aspect, this theory branches out to include all levels of the Arabic language, because it proposes the idea of a closed mathematical system built internally and perceived in an organized way by the Arab speaker.. Which means that it is the most suitable of all human languages to accommodate the latest theoretical proposal in the field of linguistics in the world (the minimum program). In terms of creative application, this theory keeps pace with the latest applications of linguistic programming in the world and developments in artificial intelligence.. Also, The existence of such a closed, tight mathematical system is a strong step towards including the idea of poetry in artificial intelligence programs to obtain more mature experiences than poetry experiences in any other language. It can even be said that with some precision in feeding artificial intelligence applications capable of composing, organized material can be included that allows for the automatic production of complete poems. Because Al-Khalil’s idea is originally based on the fact that language is internally constructed, as are morphology and syntax, and so is the framework for writing poetry (prosody). Despite its obsolescence, it remains the only poetic framework in the world capable of integrating into the race for technological development that is currently at its peak, and it remains in its extremely tight and cohesive engineering structure amazing to anyone who looks at it objectively. It is capable of absorbing poetic creativity in Arabic in all its purposes.
