|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الهجرة غير القانونية، والتي سببتها تردي الأوضاع الاقتصادية والسياسية والاجتماعية داخل الدول، وقد تناولت هذه الدراسة أسباب الهجرة غير القانونية، وأثرها في العلاقات الدولية وتأثيرها، واستطلاع الحلول للحد من تأثيرها على العلاقات الدولية، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال تحليل واقع ظاهرة الهجرة غير القانونية التي تشهدها العلاقات الدولية بسبب الدولة المصدرة للهجرة والدول المستقبلة بالإضافة للدول العبور. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات، وإثبات صحة فرضية الدراسة التي مفادها أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية بين الهجرة غير القانونية والأثر السلبي على العلاقات الدولية وان تتدفق المهاجرين غير قانونية شكل آثار أمنية واقتصادية واجتماعية وسياسية على الدول.
|b This study aimed to identify illegal immigration, which was caused by the deteriorating economic, political and social conditions within countries. This study addressed the causes of illegal immigration, its impact on international relations, and exploring solutions to reduce its impact on international relations. The study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach. By analyzing the reality of the phenomenon of illegal immigration witnessed in international relations due to the country exporting immigration and the receiving countries in addition to the transit countries. The study reached a set of results and recommendations, proving the validity of the study’s hypothesis, which states that there is a correlation between illegal immigration and the negative impact on international relations, and that the flow of illegal immigrants has security, economic, social, and political impacts on countries.
