520 |b This paper examines the impact of RES on employment in Algeria. To achieve this, a quantitative approach was adopted, based on the application of an ARDL model to data spanning the period from 1990 to 2020. The model supports the analysis of the dynamic effects of RES on jobs, distinguishing between short-term and long-term impacts. The findings reveal a positive and significant effect of RES on the Algerian labor market, particularly in the long term, highlighting their potential role in the country's economic development and energy transition.  |d Cet article vise à examiner le lien entre les EnR et l’emploi en Algérie. Pour ce fait, une démarche quantitative a été privilégiée, reposant sur l’application d’un modèle ARDL sur des données couvrant la période 1990-2020. Le modèle permet d’analyser les effets dynamiques des EnR sur l’emploi, en distinguant les impacts à CT et à LT. Les résultats obtenus révèlent un effet positif et significatif des EnR sur le marché du travail algérien, particulièrement à long terme, soulignant leur rôle potentiel dans le développement économique et à la transition énergétique du pays.
