المستخلص: لبحث وفقًا لمنهج البحث الوصفي تدخل هذه الدراسة في إط ار الدراسات الوظيفية الاستكشافية التي تسعى إلى وصف ماهية أحد المبادرات المجتمعية وتفسير مدى تأثيرها في وعي الشباب وثقافتهم و استكشاف أهم النتائج الاجتماعية المترتبة على نشاط المبادرة وتحليل التحديات القائمة، وقد تم اختيار عدد من الحالات قوامها (02 )حالة من الخبراء من مجمع البحوث الإسلامية وأساتذة الجامعات . وتم اختيار ( 51 )شابا من الشرائح المختلفة وفقًا لآخر مؤشرات التنمية البشرية. وتحددت إشكالية الدراسة في التساؤل الآت ي: إلى أي مدى تسهم مبادرة (لتسكنوا ) -كأحد أ هم المبادرات المجتمعية - في تقليل المغالاة في تكاليف الزواج؟ وما مؤشرات نجاحها والتحديات التي تواجهها ؟ و تفسير مدى تأثير المبادرة في تشكيل وع ي الشباب وثقافتهم من منظور نظريت ي التفاعلية الرمزية والحداثة السائلة لبومان . وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها ، سعي مبادرة (لتسكنوا إليها ) لرفع الوعي ف ي ظل الجمهورية الجديدة وقد جاءت المبادرة استجابة لحل مشكلة مجتمعية وه ي غلاء المهور والقضاء على الأعراف والعادات البالية ، و جاءت لتقيم الحجة على الفهم المغلوط لدى الكثيرين بعد رصد 042 لجنة فتوى لعادات وتقاليد خاطئة ، أما فيما يتعلق بالزواج فتسعى المبادرة لتحق يق أهدافها بناءً على ثلاث ة محاور رئيسية أولاً: محور ميداني دعو ي توعو ي من خلال الوعاظ والواعظات ، ثانيًا: محور إليكتروني من خلال الحملات الإليكترونية والصفحات الرسمية ، ثالثً ا: محور علمي لتقديم الندوات العلمية من قبل الأساتذة والعلماء ، و تركز مبادرة (لتسكنوا إ ليها) على الوع ي الإنساني من خلال آليات التنفيذ فهي ليست مجرد رسائل موجهة في الإ علام و إنما هي جلسات مع كبار العائلات والأغنياء المؤثرين ويتم اتباع أسلوب التحايل لجذب الشباب لأهمية المبادرة والاقتناع بها. وقد أصبحت المبالغة في تكاليف الزواج نوعًا من الوجاهة الاجتماعية فكلما كانت الأسر أكثر ثراءً أدى ذلك إلى مزيد من المغالاة والبذخ في التكاليف، فقد أصبحت قائمة المنقولات لدواع ي التباهي والمقارنة وغيرها من سلوكيات اجتماعية خاطئة فمن أهم العقبات التي تواجه تنفيذ المبادرة هي العادات والتقاليد البالية كعادة الفرجة على الفرش في البيت ، والنظرة للزواج على أنه وسيلة للتفاخر والمباهاة ، و ارتفاع وزن القيم المادية وتراجع القيم الأخلاقية، وبروز الثقافة الاستهلاكية وأن الطبقة المتوسطة هي الأكثر توازنًا وعقلانية مقارنة بالطبقة العليا والدنيا، فه ي تركز على الاحتفال بالزواج بما يتفق مع الإمكانات المتاحة. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة توجيه الاهتمام من قبل الهيئات الحكومية والمؤسسات الأكاديمية ومؤسسات المجتمع المدن ي ورجال الأعمال ؛ من أجل العمل على تشجيع وتعزيز المبادرات المجتمعية ، وإدراجها ضمن خطط التنمية المستدامة، و إنشاء إدارة أو وحدة م تخصصة داخل كل جامعة تهتم بالمبادرات المجتمعية وتشرف عليها وتقدم لها كافة وسائل الدعم الماد ي والإ دار ي والبشر ي والمعنو ي، و رفع الوع ي للتيسير على الشباب في تكاليف الزواج بمشاركة مجتمعية بين رجال الأعمال والمجتمع المدن ي والأزهر الشريف والكنائس المصرية أيضًا

According to the descriptive research method, this study falls within the framework of exploratory functional studies that seek to describe the nature of one of the community initiatives and explain the extent of its impact on the awareness of young people and their culture. And exploring the most important social consequences of the initiative's activity and analyzing the existing challenges A number of cases, consisting of (20) cases, were selected from experts from the Islamic Research Academy and university professors. (15) young people from different segments were selected according to the latest human development indicators. The problem o f the study was identified in the following question: To what extent does the Takkouna initiative contribute as one of the most important societal initiatives in reducing the excessive costs of marriage? What are the indicators of its success and the chall enges it faces? And the interpretation of the impact of the initiative on shaping the awareness of young people and their culture from the perspective of the theory of symbolic interactionism and Boman's liquid modernity. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is an initiative seeking to live in it to raise awareness in light of the new republic. The initiative came in response to solving a societal problem, which is the high dowry and the elimination of obsolete norms and habits . With regard to marriage, the initiative seeks to achieve its goals based on three main axes: first: a field advocacy and educational axis through male and female preachers, second: an electronic axis through electronic campaigns and official pages, and t hird, a scientific axis for presenting scientific seminars by professors and scholars. Human awareness through implementation mechanisms, as it is not only messages directed in the media, but sessions with senior families and influential rich people, and a method of circumvention is followed to attract young people to the importance of the initiative and its conviction. Exaggeration and extravagance in costs, so it became a list of movables for reasons of bragging, comparison, and other behaviors. One of th e most important obstacles facing the implementation of the initiative is the outdated customs and traditions, such as the habit of watching the mattresses at home, the view of marriage as a means of bragging and bragging, the high weight of material value s, the decline of moral values, the emergence of consumer culture, and that the middle class is the most balanced and rational compared to the upper and lower classes. To celebrate marriage in accordance with the available capabilities. The study recommends the necessity of directing attention by governmental bodies, academic institutions, civil society institutions, and businessmen in order to work to encourage and strengthen community initiatives and include them within sustainable development plans. The establishment of a specialized department or unit within each university that cares about community initiatives and supervises It should be provided with all means of financial, administrative, human and moral support. Raise awareness to facilitate the cos ts of marriage for young people, with community participation between businessmen, civil society, Al -Azhar and Egyptian churches as well.
