|a تعتبر جريمة الإبادة الجماعية من أخطر الجرائم التي تمس الجنس البشري بشكل عام، كون هذا النوع من الجرائم ينتهك الحقوق الأساسية المكرسة لاستمرارية الإنسان على هذه الأرض، بحيث تمس أهم الحقوق المكفولة له بموجب المواثيق والوثائق الدولية كالحق في الحياة والذي يعتبر حقا غير قابل للمساس به أو التنازل عنه والحق في السلامة الجسدية وغيرها من الحقوق، ولذلك أخذت جريمة الإبادة الجماعية مجالا واسعا من حيث الاهتمام سواء في ظل النظم القانونية الداخلية أو الدولية. ويعمل اليوم المجتمع الدولي من خلال الأجهزة الدولية المختلفة وقواعد القانون الدولي على ضمان عدم المساس بحقوق الإنسان ومواجهة هذه الجريمة الخطيرة، خاصة في ظل حالة الفوضى التي يشهدها العالم اليوم وهذا ما سنوضحه لاحقا.

For this reason, the crime of genocide has taken on a wide scope in terms of attention, whether under domestic or international legal systems. Today, the international community is working through various international bodies and the rules of international law to ensure that human rights are not violated and to confront this serious crime, especially in light of the chaos that the world is witnessing today, as we will explain later.
