المستخلص: This article examines the link between urban cleanliness and household waste management in the city of Bejaia. The city faces a persistent accumulation of household waste due to insufficient technical and human resources mobilized by the municipality. To address this issue, the local authorities established and put into operation a public industrial and commercial enterprise (EPIC). The analysis reveals that urban cleanliness remains a challenging goal in Bejaia due to the low involvement of citizens in household waste management and the traditional management approach adopted by the EPIC.

Cet article examine le lien entre l’enjeu de la propreté urbaine et la gestion des déchets ménagers dans la ville de Bejaia. Cette dernière est confrontée à l’accumulation persistante des déchets ménagers due aux insuffisances en moyens techniques et humains mobilisés par la municipalité. Pour y faire face, les autorités locales ont créé et mis en service une entreprise publique à caractère industriel et commercial (EPIC). L’analyse révèle que la propreté urbaine demeure un enjeu difficile à atteindre dans la ville de Bejaia en raison de la faible implication des citoyens dans la gestion des déchets ménagers et le mode de gestion traditionnel adopté par l’EPIC.

يهدف هذا المقال إلى دراسة العلاقة بين تحدي النظافة الحضرية وإدارة النفايات المنزلية في مدينة بجاية. تواجه المدينة تراكمًا مستمرًا للنفايات المنزلية بسبب عدم كفاية الموارد التقنية والبشرية التي توفرها البلدية. ولمعالجة هذه المشكلة، أنشأت السلطات المحلية شركة عامة ذات طابع صناعي وتجاري (EPIC) وبدأت تشغيلها. يكشف التحليل أن النظافة الحضرية تظل هدفًا صعب المنال في بجاية بسبب ضعف مشاركة المواطنين في إدارة النفايات المنزلية والنهج الإداري التقليدي الذي تتبعه الشركة العامة. تُرجم هذا المستخلص من قبل دار المنظومة 2026، باستخدام .AI
