To achieve this, the researcher used the qualitative narrative approach, through semi-structured individual interviews with (7) participants from their parents in Jordan. The results indicated that the reality of the rights of persons with intellectual disabilities from the perspective of their parents was represented in their obtaining exemptions and health services. It also indicated that the aspirations for their rights were represented in activating their right to inclusive education in schools and vocational rehabilitation to prepare them for the labor market. The researcher recommends the necessity of activating inclusive education for persons with intellectual disabilities, paying attention to their vocational rehabilitation, and that they have a share of job opportunities that suit their abilities and capabilities.
