المستخلص: The study seeks to address the following question: how can we improve the conditions of vocational education and vocational training in the technical institutions in egypt to meet the pressing international challenges and the international experience in this field? The study aims to achieve the following objectives: 1- Acquaintance with the challenges and the pressures that make it imperative to take a more serious interest in vocational learning and training 2- Acquaintance with some international experiences in the field of modernizing vocational and learning and training and the role of those institutions in serving the economies of those countries. 3- Gaining awareness with the situation of vocational learning and training institutions in egypt 4- Gaining awareness of how to benefit from the study in improving the conditions of vocational learning and training in the institutions of technical education with a view to serving the Egyptian economy.
