المستخلص: The Palestinian issue is regarded as one of the most important and complex issues that has been Preoccupying the circles of international politics in most years of the Twentieth century and till now. Moreover, it has attracted a great deal of attention paid by the public Arab Opinion and Arab Countries: One of them the Saudi Arabia It is well- known fact that the kingdom of Saudi Arabia is not one of the Arab States that have been confronting Israel and that may due to its geographical position that rathan distant from Palestine and the nature of Saudi regime that Committed by the policy of preserving its relationships with western states, till it became a traditional ally with some of these states. However, the eary independence of the Saudi Arabia, it was not exposed to occupation or international Mandate as it occurred in most of the countries of Arab East, the Islamic weight enjoyed by the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its economic importance that Manifested after the end of the second world war; all these factors mode the Saudi Arabia one of the most important countries in the policy of the Arab area. This Study contains four chapters started with an introduction and ended with a conclusion . The first chapter is a preface for the topic dealing with the American-Saudi Arabia stance towards the developments of the Palestinian issue before 1936, the most important of them was the Balfour Declaration in 1917 and the British occupation of Palestine in 1918, then imposing the British Mandate on it by the League of Nations in 1920 after that Al-Baraq revolution broke out in 1929 and the increasing of Zionist immigration to Palestine and what accompanied with it as Arab and Palestinian Uprisings and revolts and such events paved the way to the great Palestinian revolution in 1936 .

The Second chapter devoted to the study of the American-Saudi stance towards the British Policy in Palestine in 1936-1939 and the American-Saudi stance towards the revolution of 1936 and also the American-Saudi stance towards the Missions sent by the British Ministry of Colonies to Palestine represented by the British Royal Committee and the technical Committee of Partition . In addition to the role who played by American-Saudi Arabi in London Conference held in 1939. The third chapter deals with the American-Saudi stance towards the developments of the Palestinian issue in the period 1939-1948 and the development of Saudi-American relation in the period 1939-1945 and their influence on the Palestinian issue, the Saudi stance towards the joint British- American Committee in 1946, and role of the American-Saudi in London Conference in the period 1946-1947. In addition to the American-Saudi stance towards the resolution of United Nations related to the Partition of Palestine issued in 29 November 1947. The fourth Chapter Specified to the American-Saudi stance towards the developments of Palestinian issue in the Period 1948-1967, the most important of them the American-Saudi stance towards the declaration of Israel as a state in 1948 and the policy of king Saud towards the developments of Palestine issue , in 1953-1964 and the effect of American-Saudi diplomatic ,in this issue in 1964-1967, in addition to stances toward the June war 1967 .
