The purpose of the study was to understand the Electronic Banks’ services as viewed by banks managers in commercial banks in Jordan. It investigates and analyses the situation of internet banking in Jordan, and the appropriate strategies for the successful implementation and development of internet banking services in the Jordanian context. The main research instrument employed was questionnaire. Data were collected via mail surveys for bank managers The data were analyzed using SPSS package. Descriptive statistics, t-Test and one-way analysis of variance were used to analyze the data. The results indicate that there is a significant difference between the academic qualification, marital status, gender, years of experience in the bank and training courses related to electronic banks services that the branch manager joins and the use of electronic bank’s services as viewed by the managers
