World has witnessed since the second half of the twentieth century many changes in the various fields, most notably the technological and scientific changes which were imposed on communities and invited them to change itself to benefit from the advancement of the society. With the expansion and acceleration of the introduction of technology, especially the networks in schools to prepare a schools of the future had to be offset by the quantitative expansion to enter the networks both internal and telecommunications concern employing these innovations within the educational system and activating the role of information technology and the number of schools with all the latest modem computers, machinery and networks in an attempt access to achieve the upgrading of the educational process and scientific personnel to acquire the attitudes and skills consistent with the spirit of the times and requirements. Perhaps all this necessitates the recruitment of networks in the educational process within the system of educational institutions; need to identify obstacles that stand in the face of recruitment of these networks in order to conceptualize the proposal for recruitment, according to the attempt to eliminate these constraints. \
