المستخلص: Economically, our contemporary society has been shaped by Tourism industry, in terms of tourism investment and its various positive benefits This research sheds alight on the two major tourism investment areas «Tourism infrastructure facilities and natural and cultural tourism attractions». It concentrates mainly on the objectives and goals of Tourism investment, particularly the economical, cultural, social and environmental aspects. It also focuses on the obstacles that face the progress and promotion of tourism investment, and how it could be tackled. The research concludes with proposed recommendations that might help in achieving the intended goals and results \
