المستخلص: Problem of Research The problem with research in the subject of organizational values as of the latest of the main entrances to the administrative reform in various organizations, but that this issue has not received sufficient attention so far by scholars and researchers in the field of sports, and continues to be applied is limited in sports organizations, as there is no study - in the knowledge of the researcher - dealt with the relationship between organizational values and recreation, youth centers, despite the fact that the creativity administrative O_khasaua study of organizational values and work on the development has become necessary at this time for all sports organizations and private youth centers in order to achieve the goals and ‘objectives of their employees. The research aims The research aims to identify the organizational values and their relationship to the recreation workers in youth centers in Giza administrative Blabdaa O_khasaua Governorate. Search procedures Descriptive method was used, and the questionnaire as a tool for data Conclusions 1-Organizational values prevailing O_khasatia Recreation and according to their ranking are: "the value of power", "the value of law and order," "economic value", "value-defense," “the value of justice," "the value of .competition," respectively. Recreation and according to 2-organizational values of the non-dominant O_khasaua their ranking are: "the value of the reward," "value elite", "value sufficiently," the value of efficiency, "the value of the exploitation of opportunities", "the value of work teams", respectively. 3-Elements of management innovation prevalent among O_khasaua Recreation and according to their ranking are: "element of sensitivity to the problems," "an ability to analyze," respectively. 4-elements of creativity prevalent among non-administrative O_khasaua Recreation and according to their ranking, namely: "an element of flexibility," "element of risk, element fluency" respectively. Recommendations recreation workers in. 1 -interest in supporting the organizational values to O_khasaua, youth centers in Giza Governorate. recreation workers in youth centers in Giza Governorate In. 2-The need to post O_khasaua .making decisions that will organize, and activate the practice OF recreational youth centers.
