المستخلص: This is a study of the exchange of envoys between the Marinid and the Mali kings, who ruled in the same era and had distinguished relations that had the greatest impact on the prosperity of various aspects of their mutual activities, particularly the scientific, economic and social ones. The rulers of the State of Mali were keen to send delegations to the Marinids. They took the initiative when Mensa Moses sent a delegation and a gift to congratulate Abu Al-Hassan Al-Marini for conquering Tlemcen. The Marinids, in turn, were keen to send delegations and gifts to the rulers of the State of Mali. This became a tradition practiced by contemporary kings and continued until the demise of both states. This article discusses the historical sources on the exchange of envoys and the prominent figures from each state who visited the other state, and were received, welcomed and honored by Kings, and praised by historians, writers and poets. They had the greatest impact on the prosperity of friendly relations between the two states in the scientific, economic and social fields.
