In order to accomplish this goal, the research used the descriptive methodology by depending on sampling social survey. The sample consisted of 104 school social workers, seven experts from the Ministry of Social Development and the Ministry of Education, and 26 new social work graduates. The latter group was divided into two groups to conduct a focus group discussions.
