This dissertation deals with the investigation of the impact of CSR on the corporate image of Tesco’s in Saudi Arabia. In order to conduct the research 15 customers were asked to participate in a focus group. The findings of the research suggest that there is a positive relationship between CSR and the corporate image of the organisation. However Tesco needs to implement initiatives through which it can increase the awareness of CSR among the customers. It has also been identified in the research that the reputation of the firm has a positive impact on the buying behaviour of the customers. Thus the firm needs to focus on its CSR activities in order to improve its overall productivity and performance. |
