This study aiming to investigate the issue of Arab Youth Awareness among Change Requisites and the Challenge of understanding Stakes “An Approach to Build Change Identity” is trying to understand the reality of Arab Youth Awareness under the attempt of globalizing political, economical, and social values, and the influence of the western life style on this category. All this have influenced their conceptions and behaviors towards the idea of change, which is becoming a priority for them because of social, economical, and political pressures. Moreover, this led to the distraction of political powers facing on one side the insisting demands for change and on the other side maintaining the principle of continuity, which is overloaded with accumulations and crises for Arab Youth category to live in. This study diagnosis the issue of Arab Youth Awareness of the idea of change dealing with three main sections: 1- Arab Youth Awareness, Historical Accumulations and the Necessity of Change: This section deals with the historical reasons, which produced the intellectual reality of Arab Youth. This relies on a list of explicatory entries, which facilitate understanding the need for change among this social category. 2- Arab Youth Awareness, Stakes and Proposed Affaires: This part of the study is trying to propose an amount of realistic stakes and challenges facing the idea of change among Arab Youth. These data are outlined objectively on both internal and external sides. 3- Arab Youth Awareness, towards Arranging change Priorities in Arab Societies: The last section, poses the position of change among realistic priorities, which are imposed, and the right way to probably form a peaceful and pure entry for change. The category of youth contributes with a functional logic too much far from the idea of “Unreasonable Enthusiasm” which drives societies into a state that is the worst ever. The study concludes the analysis of the issue by listing some practical and useful recommendations to participate in a positive, effective, and sure debate responding to stakes and challenges that the Arabic zone is coexisting.
