This study examined the impact of foreign ownership on the performance of industrial companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange listed companies 62 companies, was adopted two measures to measure the performance of this effect (a measure of return on assets, and the measure of Tobin's Q-for performance) and found that there is a negative impact of foreign investment on the performance, but the main reason is due to economic and political conditions that have affected the region in the study period, and though the performance of these companies remained well and achieved earnings in spile of all the surrounding circumstances, and that the main attractions for foreign investment were factors relating to size and profits.
