Mixed marriage is a growing phenomenon and directly associated with immigration. Several factors influence the definition of the mixed couple and its formation. This article addresses the cultural difference that can lead to conjugal instability and dissatisfaction, marital conflicts that become more complex and can lead to separation and divorce. This article also focuses on the adaptive strategies of mixed spouses. Le mariage mixte est un phénomène croissant et directement associé à l’immigration. Plusieurs facteurs influencent la définition du couple mixte et sa formation. L’article aborde la différence culturelle qui peut générer l’instabilité et l’insatisfaction conjugales, les conflits conjugaux qui se complexifient et qui peuvent amener à la séparation et au divorce. L’article met l’emphase aussi sur les stratégies adaptatives des conjoints mixtes. |
