تسعى الدراسة الراهنة للتعرف على الأبعاد الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية لظاهرة الألتراس في المجتمع المصري. وذلك من خلال التعرف على ظروف النشأة والتطور التاريخي ومصادر التمويل ودورها السياسي وموقف المجتمع المصري من الظاهرة باعتبارها حركة اجتماعية. تندرج الدراسة ضمن نمط الدراسات الاستطلاعية –الوصفية- التحليلية، وقد اعتمدت على منهجية مركبة حيث تم استخدام المدخل التاريخي والمسح الاجتماعي والاستبيان والمقابلة المتعمقة وسحبت ثلاثة عينات 50 مفردة لأعضاء الألتراس و50 مفردة من الأمن و50 مفردة من الجماهير. هذا بخلاف حالتين من كل عينة من العينات الثلاث تم تطبيق دليل المقابلة عليهم. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الألتراس حركة اجتماعية تتوافر بها كل معايير الحركات الاجتماعية، من حيث التنظيم والوعي والإرادة الجمعية والإيمان بالمعتقدات والطاعة والأمتثال لأهداف وقيم الجماعة، هذا إلى جانب أنها حركة عالمية، وبما أنها حركة اجتماعية فإنها تمرض لكنها لا تموت فتقديرنا العلمي لهذه الحركة بعد دراستها أنها مستمرة، أما بالنسبة لحجمها سواء بالزيادة أو النقصان فهذا يتوقف على طرق مواجهتها وأساليب التعامل معها.
Social, Economic, and Political Dimensions of Alturas Phenomenon in the Egyptian Community (Analytical-Applied Study on its Emergence, Development, and the Future Vision) by: Mohammed sayed ahmed The study seeks to recognize social, economic and political dimensions of Alturas phenomenon as a social movement in the Egyptian community through monitoring its emergence, the historical development, financial resources, the political role, and the position of the Egyptian community. It is a descriptive –analytical study relying on a complex methodology as the study adopted the history approach, the social survey, the questionnaire and in-depth interviews for collecting data. The study was applied on three samples (50 respondents of Alturas' members, 50 respondents of the security, 50 respondents of the public) two respondents of each sample conduct the interview index. The study concluded that the Alturas is a social movement through which all criteria of social movements can be found; the organization, the consciousness, the collective will, the faith in beliefs, and the conformity to targets and values of the community. The Alturas is an international, social and ongoing movement which can be weakened but it is difficult to be ruined. Its size, whether few or many members, is conditioned on the mechanisms of dealing with such movement-the Alturas.
