المستخلص: The Saudi Companies Law issued in 1435H - 2015 is a brief organization for the merger of companies. The closed joint stock companies are one of the forms of shareholding companies stipulated in the Saudi Companies Law under Chapter ٥. The closed shareholding company can be defined as a capital company divided into shares of equal value The Company is solely responsible for the debts and liabilities arising from its activity. It is established through the immediate or closed incorporation. The closed joint stock companies are limited to the founders of the company. Its shares are not offered for public subscription. The Jordanian Companies Law has been called a private shareholding company organized under the name where Part V bis. This research has been divided into two chapters: First: Applied aspects of the integration of closed shareholding companies. The second topic is the legal implications of the merger of closed shareholding companies. At the end of the research, a set of conclusions and recommendations were reached
