هدف المقترح البحثي إلى تقويم وتطوير برامج الأطفال في التلفزيون السعودي، وحاول المشروع البحثي الإجابة عن الأسئلة التالية: 1. ما المعايير التي يجب أن يتم في ضوئها اختيار البرامج الموجهة للأطفال بالتلفزيون السعودي؟ 2. ما مدي تحقيق البرامج التي يقدمها التلفزيون السعودي للأطفال لمبدأ الانتماء والحس الوطني؟ 3. ما مدي تحقيق البرامج التي يقدمها التلفزيون السعودي للأطفال لتنمية الذكاء؟ 4. ما مدي تحقيق البرامج التي يقدمها التلفزيون السعودي للأطفال لتنمية الإبداع والابتكار لديهم؟ 5. ما مدي تحقيق التكامل بين الأسرة والمجتمع من خلال البرامج التي يقدمها التلفزيون السعودي للأطفال؟ 6. ما التصور المقترح للبرامج التي يجب أن يقدمها التلفزيون السعودي للأطفال في ضوء المعايير اللازمة؟ واقتصرت الدراسة على البرامج الموجهة حديثا في التليفزيون السعودي الرسمي كما تعكسه قناة الأجيال، كما اقتصرت المجموعات المشاركة في تقويم البرامج علي: - أطفال من سن 6-15 عاما - أولياء الأمور - المعلمون والمعلمات - خبراء التربية والأعلام وللإجابة عن أسئلة المقترح البحثي تم إعداد الأدوات والمواد التعليمية التالية: 1-استبانة تتضمن المعايير اللازمة لتحليل محتوي البرامج التي تقدم للأطفال ضوء المعايير اللازمة لتنمية الحس الوطني والانتماء لدي الأطفال، وتنمية القدرات العقلية والإبداع لدي الأطفال، ولإحداث التفاعل والتكامل بين الأسرة والمجتمع. 2-استبانة لقياس أراء الأطفال حول برامج الأطفال 3-استبانة لقياس أراء أولياء الأمور حول برامج الأطفال 4-استبانة لقياس أراء المعلمين /المعلمات حول برامج الأطفال 5-استبانة لقياس أراء خبراء التربية والأعلام حول برامج الأطفال 6-تصور مقترح: -لتنمية الإبداع لدي الأطفال. -لتنمية الانتماء والمواطنة لدي الأطفال. -تحقق التفاعل بين الأسرة والمجتمع وتحبب الطفل في المدرسة والتعلم. واستخدم المقترح البحثي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي انطلاقا من طبيعة المقترح البحثي وطبيعة عينته، وفي ضوء نتائج المشروع تم تقديم التوصيات والمقترحات وآلية لتطبيق نتائج وتوصيات البحث.
The research proposal aimed to evaluate and develop children's programs on Saudi television. The research project attempted to answer the following questions: 1. What are the criteria according to which programs for children on Saudi TV should be selected? 2. How well do the programs offered by Saudi television for children achieve the principle of belonging and patriotism? 3. How well does Saudi television offer programs for children to develop intelligence? 4. How well are the programs offered by Saudi television to children to develop creativity and innovation? 5. How much is the integration of family and society through programs offered by Saudi television for children? 6. What is the proposed perception of programs that Saudi television should offer children in the light of the necessary standards? The study was limited to newly telecasted programs on the official Saudi television as reflected by the Al-Ajyal channel, and the groups participating in evaluating the programs were limited to: - Children of 6-15 years old - Parents - Teachers - Education and media experts In order to answer the questions of the research proposal, the following tools and educational materials were prepared: 1- A questionnaire that includes the necessary criteria for analyzing the content of the programs presented to children in light of the criteria necessary for developing a sense of patriotism and belonging among children, developing mental abilities and creativity in children, and for interaction and integration between the family and society. 2- A questionnaire to measure children's opinions about children's programs 3- A questionnaire to measure parents' opinions about children's programs 4- A questionnaire to measure teachers' opinions about children's programs 5- A questionnaire to measure the opinions of education and media experts about children's programs 6- Suggested Concept: -To develop creativity in children. -To develop belonging and citizenship among children. - Ascertain the interaction between family and society and the child's endearment in school and learning. The research proposal used the descriptive analytical approach based on the nature of the research proposal and its sample. In light of the project results, recommendations and suggestions and a mechanism for applying the research findings and recommendations were presented.
