Leadership is the cornerstone of any organization's life. The responsibility for ensuring the survival and continuity of the organisation lies solely on the shoulders of the leader. The success of the leader depends on the availability of a range of basic skills and on the ability and competence to employ them practically during business and at times of dealings with others to be able to achieve the goals of the work and the objectives of the employees and thus achieve the effectiveness of the organization that he leads, which therefore ensures the development and the ability of the organization to face all the challenges it encounters. This prompted us to try to explore the most important skills that must be possessed by the leader, and to discuss the most important methods that help in preparing and developing the skills and abilities of competent leaders. This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 Le leadership est la pierre angulaire dans la vie de toute organisation ,le leader est le principale responsable pour assurer la survie et la continuitè , sa reussite repose sur la disponibilitè d’un enssemble de competances de base de ses capacitès et de son efficacitè dans l’exercise de ses fonctions et dans ses relations avec les autres et ainssi ètre en mesure d’atteindre ses objectifs ,comme il sera conduit à assurer à son organisation son developpement et acroitre sa capacitè et ainssi relever tous les defis. Cela doit nous incitès à essayer de rechercher les competences indisponsable que doit avoir le leader ainssi que les mèthodes appropriè et les prèparations que doit utilisè le leader. تعتبر القيادة حجر الزاوية في حياة أي منظمة، ويعد القائد المسؤول الأول على ضمان بقائها واستمرارها، ويتوقف نجاحه في ذلك على توافر مجموعة من المهارات الأساسية، وعلى مدى قدرته وكفاءته في توظيفها عمليا أثناء ممارسته لأعماله وفي تعامله مع الآخرين، وذلك للتمكن من تحقيق أهداف العمل وأهداف العاملين وبالتالي تحقيق فعالية المنظمة التي يقودها بما يضمن تطورها وقدرتها على مواجهة كافة التحديات التي تقابلها، الأمر الذي دفعنا إلى محاولة البحث حول أهم المهارات الواجب توافرها لدى القائد، والتطرق إلى أهم الأساليب التي تساعد في إعداد قادة أكفاء وتنمية مهاراتهم وقدراتهم. |
