المستخلص: هدف البحث التعرف على درجة توافر مقومات الإبداع الإداري لدى القيادات الأكاديمية بجامعة الملك خالد في جوانب (المناخ الأكاديمي، والهيكل التنظيمي، والتشريعات)، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع البحث من جميع القيادات الأكاديمية في الإدارة الوسطى والدنيا في كليات جامعة الملك خالد، وبلغ المجتمع الأصلي للبحث (١٢٦) فردا، واستخدمت الباحثة الاستبانة أداة لجمع المعلومات المتعلقة بالبحث، وتكونت الاستبانة من قسمين: القسم الأول: يشمل المعلومات الأولية لأفراد مجتمع البحث (الكلية، الخبرة، الدرجة العلمية، النوع). القسم الثاني: يشتمل على المحاور الرئيسية للاستبانة (مقومات المناخ الأكاديمي، مقومات الهيكل التنظيمي، المقومات التشريعية، المقومات الخاصة بالسمات والخصائص الشخصية، المقومات التدريبية)، وأظهرت نتائج البحث أن مقومات المناخ الأكاديمي الداعم للإبداع الإداري لدى القيادات الأكاديمية تتوافر بدرجة متوسطة- من وجهة نظر أفراد مجتمع البحث- بصفة عامة حيث بلغ المتوسط العام للمحور الأول (2.09)، كما أظهرت نتائج البحث أن مقومات الهيكل التنظيمي الداعم للإبداع الإداري لدى القيادات الأكاديمية تتوافر بدرجة متوسطة - من وجهة نظر أفراد مجتمع البحث- بصفة عامة حيث بلغ المتوسط العام للمحور الثاني (1.82)، كذلك أظهرت نتائج البحث أن المقومات التشريعية الداعمة للإبداع الإداري لدى القيادات الأكاديمية تقع ضمن الدرجة المتوسطة- من وجهة نظر أفراد مجتمع البحث- بصفة عامة حيث بلغ المتوسط العام للمحور الثالث (1.84).

The objective of the research is to identify the degree of availability of administrative creativity in academic leadership at King Khalid University in aspects of (academic climate, organizational structure, and legislation).
The researcher used the descriptive-analytical method. The research community consisted of all academic leadership in the middle and lower management in the colleges of King Khalid University. The number of original research community reached 126 individuals. The researcher employed the questionnaire as a tool for collecting research information and consisted of two sections:
The first section includes the initial information of members of the research community (college, experience, degree, gender). The second section contains the main areas of identification (elements of the academic climate, organizational structure, legislative components, features of personal characteristics, training components);
The study results showed that the elements of the academic environment supporting administrative creativity in academic leadership are generally available at an average level — from the point of view of the members of the research community — with the overall average of the first focus reached (2.09).
The results of the research also showed that the elements of the organizational structure supporting the administrative creativity in academic leadership is available at an average level — from the point of view of the members of the research community — in general, as the overall average of the second focus reached (1.82).
The research results also showed that the legislative elements supporting the administrative creativity in academic leadership fall within the average level — from the point of view of the members of the research community — in general, as the overall average of the third focus reached (1.84).
