المستخلص: This study spot light on the role of Scientific Agricultural Research in reinforcement of food security under the current world’s challenges, such as rising of international food’s prices, successive augmentation of population. From giving the basic notions and concepts of the Scientific Agricultural Research and food security, to the definition of the current situation of North Africa countries. And its possibility of learn from the Scientific Agricultural Research and the new technics to guarantee food security.
