المستخلص: تعالج هذه الورقة الحوار وتوضح أهمية إكسابه كعملية فنية لتبادل الرأي والرأي الآخر بشكل متمدن ومفيد وخاصة مع التغير الكبير الذي جرى داخلنا وحولنا على مستوانا الفردي والمنظمي والمجتمعي عربيا وغربيا وعالميا حيث أصبح الحوار يمارس ويؤثر بشكل خفي ومباشر ونفسيا على قرارتنا الجماعية والحقيقة أيضا ربما على قرارتنا الفردية والحوار يفتح آفاق جديدة للتفكير والتأمل في العلاقة بين طرفي الحوار والتغير الذي يطرأ عليهم واعتباره كعملية معيارية مما يستدعى التأمل في هذه العلاقة ومحتواها. أيضا الأثر الناتج والمحصلة من ممارسة الحوار بأشكاله المختلفة في قدراتنا وقراراتنا ومدى الاستيعاب الذي يحدث لدى طرفي الحوار دون الوقوع في مهاوي الارتجال والارتباك والعصبية ودائرة الفعل ورد الفعل والتي تحول دون تبلور أفق نظري وفكر واع وممتد يمثل أساسا قويا وعميقا يرشد قراراتنا وأفعالنا. نقطة البدء أنني كباحثة سأحاول أن أتناول الحوار كعملية وأنظر إلى البحث إلى أنه مهمة لها أبعاد متنوعة ومتعددة تتطلب منى أن أسلك وأطرق مجموعة من المفردات والمفاهيم تعمل على التناول المتنوع النابع من خلفية المراجع الحديثة التي تناولت هذا الموضوع والذي يفيد في الوصول إلى صورة متكاملة عن هذا المفهوم بما يساهم في إمداد المهتمين في مجال الخدمة الاجتماعية والتنمية البشرية والعلوم الاجتماعية بإطار نظري ومرجعي للمساهمة في تنمية ثقافة الحوار لأعضاء المجتمع بمستوياته المختلفة وما يترتب عليه عند أداءه كعملية متكاملة إلى تقبل الآخر الذي هو أحد نتائجه العملية والإيجابية وخاصة في مجتمعنا المصري الذي يمر بأصعب مراحل ممارسة عملية الحوار وبالتالي قبول الأخر والخروج باحترام متبادل وفكرة تم تناولها بكل الوجوده حيث تتفاعل الخبرات بما يعود على طرفي الحوار بنتائج إيجابية من مفاهيم مكتسبة لموضوع الحوار وأيضاً سلوكيات مرتبطة بأداء جيد لأحد جوانب إرساء العلاقات الاجتماعية.

This paper addresses the dialogue and explains the importance of its acquisition as a technical process for the exchange of opinion and the other opinion in a civilized and useful manner, especially with the great change that took place within and around us on our individual, organizational and societal levels in the Arab, West and whole world. Dialogue has become practicing and influencing, silently, directly, and psychologically our collective decisions, and the truth is that perhaps our individual decisions as well. Dialogue opens up new horizons for reflection and thinking on the relationship between the two sides of the dialogue and the change that is taking place on them and considering it as a normative process, which calls for reflection on this relationship and its content as well as the resulting effect of practicing dialogue in its various forms on our capabilities and our decisions and the extent of absorption that occurs in the parties of the dialogue without falling into the shafts of improvisation, confusion, and nervousness, the circle of action, and reaction that prevent the crystallization of a theoretical horizon and conscious and extended thought that represents a strong and profound basis that guides our decisions and actions. I, as a researcher, will attempt to address the dialogue as a process and look at the research as a task that has a variety of dimensions that demand me to proceed. It also demands me to address a set of items and concepts that work on a diverse approach stemming from the background of modern references that dealt with this topic, which is useful in reaching an integrated picture of this concept that contributes to providing those interested in the field of social work, human development and social sciences with a theoretical and reference framework to contribute to the development of the culture of dialogue for members of society at different levels and what it entails when performing as an integrated process to accept the other, which is one of its practical and positive results, especially in our Egyptian society, which is going through the most difficult stages of practicing the dialogue process. Thus accepting the other and coming up with mutual respect and an idea that has been addressed with all of its aspects, where experiences interact to bring positive results from the acquired concepts of the subject of dialogue as well as behaviors associated with a good performance of one aspect of establishing social relations.
