المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن صعوبات التربية العملية لدي طالبات كلية الاقتصاد المنزلي بجامعة أم القرى، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة جرى بناء أداة الدراسة (استبانة)، اشتملت على (45) فقرة موزعة على (4) محاور، وبعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، طبقت على عينة الدراسة، وهن جميع طالبات الفرقة الرابعة وعددهن (120) طالبة، جرى اختيارهن بالطريقة القصدية، وأظهرت النتائج أن صعوبات التربية العملية لدى طالبات كلية الاقتصاد المنزلي بجامعة أم القرى هي بالترتيب تنازليا كالآتي: حصلت الصعوبات التي تعود لمدرسة التطبيق على درجة متوسطة تميل للارتفاع بمعدل (2.43)، تلتها الصعوبات التي تعود لمكتب التربية العملية حصلت على درجة متوسطة وبمعدل (2.23)، أما الصعوبات التي تعود للمعلمة المتعاونة فحصلت أيضا على درجة متوسطة وبمعدل (1.90)، في حين حصلت الصعوبات التي تعود لمشرفة مكتب التربية العملية على درجة متوسطة تميل للانخفاض وبمعدل (1.81)، كما لم تظهر النتائج أي فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعود لمتغيري التخصص، ومبنى المدرسة (حكومي أو مستأجر)، وفي ضوء النتائج طرحت عدة مقترحات منها: ضرورة تهيئة المدارس لاستقبال الطالبات المعلمات، ومحاولة تذليل الصعوبات التي قد تواجههن، وضرورة توزيعهن على المدارس القريبة من أماكن إقامتهن قدر الإمكان، والعمل على عقد لقاءات مشتركة بين مكتب التربية العملية بالجامعة والمدارس المرشحة لتطبيق برنامج التربية العملية؛ بهدف التعريف بمهام الطالبة المعلمة وعدم زيادة العبء عليها بأمور تقلل من فرصها التدريبية على مهارات مهنة التدريس.

The current study aimed at discovering the difficulties of the practical education for the female students of the Home Economy College in Um Al Qura University. To achieve the aims of the research, a tool of the study was made (a questionnaire). It included (45) items distributed on four pillars. After making sure of its validity and its stability, it was applied on the sample of the study who were the female students of the fourth grade. They were 20 students who were chosen deliberately. The results showed that the difficulties of the practical education for the female students of home economy college in Um Al Qura University are ordered in a descending way. Firstly, The difficulties concerning the application of the school got a medium mark that tends to be high (2.43). Secondly, the difficulties concerning the office of the practical education got a medium rate (2.23). Thirdly, the difficulties concerning the cooperative teacher got a medium rate (1.90) at the same time the difficulties concerning the supervisor of the practical education office got a medium rate (2.23). In addition، the results didn`t show any. differences that have a statistical references which back to the variety of the specialization and the school building (rented or governmental). Through the results, new suggestions were made. The necessity of preparation the schools to receive the students of the practical education and the trial to solve the difficulties that face them. -The necessity of distributing the students of the practical education on the schools that are near to their stay as possible as they can. - The necessity of having common meetings between the office of the practical education in the university and the chosen schools for the program of the practical education aiming at recognizing the tasks of the student of the practical education. - Stop increasing the burdens that reduce her training opportunitieson the skills of teaching.
