المستخلص: الإيمان بالتعايش السلمي مع الآخرين مبدأ من المبادئ، الإنسانية التي ركز عليها الإسلام، سواء كانوا من أهل الأديان السماوية أو الأرضية، أم كانوا لهم العهد والذمة مع المسلمين، مادام السلم يحسب له؛ والحرب يستغنى عنه، لأن الله تعالى كرم الإنسان، أيا كان جنسه أو لونه أو دينه، فهو عبد لله تعالى، وهو مسئول عن تصرفاته ومواقفه أمام الله تعالى، فأوجب الإسلام احترام الأنسان؛ وحرم إكراهه على التدين بدين ما، كما حرم الإهانة أو السخرية من معتقداته وإن كان عابدا للأصنام! وأوجب التعامل معه من منطلق البر، والقسط، وفتح أوسع الباب أمامهم لهدايتهم وإضاءة الطريق لهم. فقد أمر الإسلام في دائرة التعامل مع الآخرين المخالفين من أهل الكتاب؛ أمر بالدعوة إلى الحوار المثمر وبأحسن الطريقة وأجمل الأسلوب، ودعا إلى الاختلاط في التعامل التجاري، والتقارب الأسري والتعاون على البر والقسط، والتسامح والإكرام، كما أمر الإسلام في التعامل مع الحربيين بشكل مليء بالقيم حيث يذهب الغيض والحسد، ويهيئ البيئة للسلم عسى أن تولد المودة بعد العداوة! فحرم الاعتداء على الكفار! ولا يرد عليهم عسكريا إلا لرد الاعتداء والعدوان، ومع ذلك حتى في حالة الحرب أمر الإسلام بمراعاة القيم الأخلاقية والإنسانية. ومراعاة العهود والمواثيق، عسى أن يهيئ المجال لفتح باب السلم وغلق باب الحروب الدامية؛ وذلك حرصا على حياة الأنسان وإكراما له. هذا وقد أمر الإسلام بالتعامل الصحيح مع أهل الذمة والعهد، فأوجب عدم المساس بدينهم، وأمر بالتعامل معهم بالعدل والقسط والمساوات أمام القضاء، كما حرم ممارسة الظلم تجاههم أو الاعتداء عليهم، لأنهم يعيشون في كنف المسلمين ومن بينهم وفي مجتمعهم، فأعطاهم الإسلام الحق في العمل وكسب العيش الكريم، ودعا إلى التعامل معهم بالتسامح والبر، وحرم الإساءة إليهم أو الغش معهم، كما لهم الحق الكامل في اختيار الدين والمعتقدات، وكل ذلك من باب الإيمان بالتعامل والتعايش مع الآخر، وعدم اليأس من تغير المقابل من الحربيين إلى أهل السلم والأمان، فيعيش الجميع في دائرة الاحترام والتكريم الإلهي، ويشيع الأمن والاطمئنان؛ بعيدا عن كل ما لا يليق بالكرامة الإنسانية.

And it is necessary to deal with it from the point of view of the land and the premium, and open the door wider for them to guide them and light the way for them.He ordered Islam in the circle of dealing with other violators of the people of the book; enjoining the dialogue to be fruitful and in the best manner and the most beautiful method. He called for mixing in the business dealings, family rapprochement, cooperation on righteousness and equality, tolerance and honor, With the warriors in a way full of values where the tip goes and envy, and prepares the environment for peace, perhaps to generate affection after the enmity! And he forbade aggression against the infidels! However, even in the case of war, Islam is committed to respect for moral and human values, and to observe the covenants and charters, which may open the door to peace and close the door of bloody wars, in order to preserve human life and dignity.Islam was ordered to deal properly with the people of Dharma and the Covenant, so as not to prejudice their religion, and ordered them to deal with them fairly and in equal measure before the judiciary, and denied the practice of injustice against them or assault them, because they live in the midst of Muslims and among them and in their community, The right to work and gain a decent living, and called to deal with them with tolerance and righteousness, and the prohibition of abuse or cheating with them, as they have full right to choose religion and beliefs, all in order to faith in dealing and coexistence with the other, and not despair of the change of the counterpart of the warriors To the people of peace and safety, everyone lives in the circle of For divine respect and honor, and for security and reassurance; far from all that is not worthy of human dignity.
