تحددت مشكلة البحث الحالي في محاولة الكشف عن واقع توافر المتطلبات التربوية التي يمكن من خلالها تنمية ثقافة النقد لدى طلاب التعليم الجامعي، حتى يتمكنوا من المساهمة بنجاح في تقدم المجتمع ونهضته، وتقديم تصور مقترح يمكن من خلاله تنمية ثقافة النقد لدى طلاب التعليم الجامعي. وبالتالي فقد هدفت الدراسة إلى الوقوف علي أهم المتطلبات التربوية اللازم توافرها لتنمية ثقافة النقد لدى طلاب التعليم الجامعي، والكشف عن واقع توافرها بمؤسسات التعليم الجامعي من وجهة نظر طلاب الجامعة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف مرت الدراسة بمجموعة من الإجراءات، تمثلت في إعداد إطار نظري شمل ما يلي: - الإطار العام للبحث. - الأسس الفلسفية لثقافة النقد لدى طلاب التعليم الجامعي، وأهم العناصر المكونة لها. - مقومات ثقافة النقد لدى طلاب التعليم الجامعي. - أهم المتطلبات التربوية اللازم توافرها لتنمية ثقافة النقد لدى طلاب التعليم الجامعي. وتلي ذلك إعداد الدراسة الميدانية، حيث تم إعداد أداة الدراسة (الاستبانة)، وتطبيقها على عينة من طلاب التعليم الجامعي ببعض الجامعات المصرية (قناة السويس "فرع الإسماعيلية"، المنصورة، القاهرة، سوهاج). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، ومن أهمها: - ضعف دور إدارة الجامعة في تنمية الوعي الناقد لدى طلابها. - ضعف دور أعضاء هيئة التدريس في القيام بمساعدة طلابهم على معرفة مواطن القصور والضعف في المجتمع المحيط بهم من أجل التغلب عليها ووضع حلول لمواجهتها، وقصور أداء الكثير منهم في توفير بيئة تعليمية تتسم بالحوار والنقد الإيجابي في المحاضرة. - ضعف اهتمام إدارة الجامعة بتوفير مناخ يسوده جو من الديمقراطية وحرية التعبير عن الرأي عند مناقشة موضوع معين من المجالات الموجودة بالمجتمع مع الطلاب. - ضعف تشجيع إدارة الجامعة لطلابها على ممارسة حق المساءلة والنقد، والذي يُعد من أهم الحقوق الديمقراطية في المجتمعات التي تسعي إلى التطوير والتقدم والرقي. - ضعف اهتمام الجامعة بتنمية قيم التعددية في الرأي وقبول الرأي الآخر لدي طلابها. - ضعف اهتمام إدارة الجامعة في إتاحة الفرصة للطلاب لإبداء آرائهم حول البرامج والمقررات الدراسية التي يدرسونها. - ندرة إتاحة إدارة الجامعة الفرصة لطلابها؛ لحضور ممثلين من الطلاب في مجالس الكليات والجامعة لطرح مشاكلهم ومناقشتها. وبناء على ذلك قدمت الدراسة تصور مقترح يمكن من خلاله تنمية ثقافة النقد لدى طلاب التعليم الجامعي بالجامعات المصرية.
The problem of the present study has been defined in investigating the availability of educational requirements for the development of criticism culture among university students to be able to successfully contribute to the progress and advancement of the society. It also provides a proposal to develop criticism culture among university students. Therefore, it aims to investigate the most significant educational requirements to develop criticism culture among university students and their availability from students' perspective. Its theoretical framework includes: - The general framework of the study. - The theoretical principles and the most important elements of criticism culture among university students. - Basics of criticism culture among university students. - The most significant educational requirements for the development of criticism culture among university students. Then, the field study was conduct. The tool of the study (i.e. questionnaire) was prepared and applied to a sample of students in some Egyptian universities (Suez Canal "Ismailia branch", Mansoura, Cairo, and Sohag). The following results were concluded: - The role of the university administration in the development of its students’ critical awareness is weak. - The faculty play a weak role in helping students identify and overcome the community's shortages and weakness. Most of them fail to provide an educational environment that is characterized with dialogue and positive criticism in the lecture. - The university administration is weakly interested in providing an environment of democracy and freedom of opinion expression when discussing a community issue. - The university administration feebly motivates students to practice their right of enquiry and criticism although it is one of the most significant rights of democracy in the communities that aspire to develop and progress. - The university is weakly interested in the development of multiplicity of opinions and accepting the rights of other students. - The administration is weakly interested in offering the opportunity to students to express their opinions on the programs and courses they study. - Students are badly represented by universities as students' representatives do not attend the councils of faculties and universities to discuss their problems. Accordingly, the study provides a proposal to develop criticism culture among the students of the Egyptian universities.
