المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى إعداد قائمة بصعوبات مهارات القراءة التي تواجه متعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى، وإعداد قائمة بمهارات التفكير الناقد، وإعداد برنامج قائم على مدخل القيم في علاج صعوبات القراءة وتنمية مهارات التفكير الناقد لدى متعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى، وقياس فاعلية البرنامج المقترح في علاج صعوبات مهارات القراءة لمتعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى، وقياس فاعلية البرنامج المقترح في تنمية مهارات التفكير الناقد لدى متعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى. واستخدم الباحث لتحقيق أهداف البحث المنهجين الوصفي، وشبه التجريبي كونهما الأقرب لطبيعة البحث، وتكونت عينة البحث من (30) طالبا من طلاب المستوى الثاني بمعهد تعليم اللغة العربية في الجامعة الإسلامية في الفصل الدراسي الأول عام 1440-1441ه. وتوصل البحث إلى قائمة بصعوبات القراءة تضمنت (5) صعوبات رئيسة، ينتمي إليها (18) صعوبة فرعية، وقائمة بمهارات التفكير الناقد من (6) مهارات رئيسة، ينتمي إليها (19) مهارة فرعية، كما تم التوصل إلى برنامج مقترح يتكون من: كتاب الطالب، ودليل المعلم وعروض البوربوينت، وقد تكون كتاب الطالب من وحدتين رئيسة تفرع منها (6) دروس، وتم إعداد دليل المعلم بحيث يكون مرشدا أو معينا للمعلم على تدريس كتاب الطالب. كما توصل البحث إلى وجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين نتائج التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لاختبار صعوبات مهارات القراءة لصالح التطبيق البعدي مما يدل على فاعلية البرنامج المقترح في علاج صعوبات القراءة لدى (عينة البحث) وعند كل صعوبة فرعية على حدة، ووجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات متعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى (عينة البحث) في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لاختبار مهارات التفكير الناقد إجمالا، وفي كل بعد من أبعاده على حدة، وذلك لصالح التطبيق البعدي.

The aim of the research was to prepare a list of the difficulties of reading skills faced by Arabic language learners speaking other languages, to prepare a list of critical thinking skills, and to prepare a program based on the introduction of values in the treatment of reading difficulties and the development of critical thinking skills of Arabic language-speaking learners. Another, measure the effectiveness of the proposed program in addressing the difficulties of reading skills for Arabic language learners speaking other languages, and measure the effectiveness of the proposed program in developing critical thinking skills of Arabic language learners speaking other languages The researcher used to achieve the objectives of the research descriptive, semi-experimental approaches being the closest to the nature of the research, and the sample of research consisted of (30) second-level students at the Institute of Arabic Language Education at the Islamic University in the first semester in 1440-1441 H The research found a list of reading difficulties that included (5) major difficulties, to which (18) sub difficulties, and a list of critical thinking skills of (6) key skills, to which (19) sub-skills belonged, as well as a proposed program consisting of: student book, teacher's guide and power point presentations, and may be The student's book is from two main units from which (6) lessons are branched, and the teacher's guide is prepared to be a mentor or designated teacher on the teaching of the student's book. The research also found a statistically d difference at the level of indication (0.05) between the results of the tribal and dimensional application to test the difficulties of reading skills in favor of the dimensional application, which indicates the effectiveness of the proposed program in the treatment of reading difficulties in (research sample) and at each sub difficulty separately, and the presence of the D difference Statistically at the level of significance (0.05) among the average degree of Arabic language learners speaking other languages (research sample) in the tribal and dimensional applications to test critical thinking skills in aggregate, and in each of its dimensions, in favor of the dimensional application.
