المستخلص: تأتي أهمية صناعة محتوى عربي على شبكة الأنترنت من كونها تمثل شرطا أساسيا للنهوض بالمجتمعات العربية ودخولها باقتدار إلى مجتمع المعرفة وتضييق الفجوة الرقمية التي تزداد اتساعا، كما يمثل المحتوى الرقمي العربي التحدي الحقيقي القادم بوصفه أحد المجالات الرئيسة التي ستشهد تنافسا حادا بين القوى الكبرى للهيمنة من جانب، ومن جانب أخر يبقى هدفا تعمل الدول العربية جاهدة للوصول إليه وبتطوير الإمكانات المتاحة لاستخدام اللغة العربية وتكريس الحضور العربي على شبكة الإنترنت، لأن إثراء المحتوى العربي لم يعد مسؤولية جهة أو دولة بعينها، بل هو مسؤولية الجميع من أفراد وجهات عامة وخاصة وجمعيات. وقد انتشرت مؤخرا المنصات الإلكترونية باللغة العربية وأصبحت غير محصورة لفئة دون أخرى، وفي ظل التنافس لإثراء المحتوى العربي ظهرت برامج وتطبيقات ومواقع تخدم القارئ باللغة العربية. العالم العربي اليوم يفتقد فعلا إلى محرك بحث عربي وصناعة عربية أصلية والمحاولات المبذولة في هذا الشأن متواضعة على الرغم مما تتسم به اللغة العربية من خصوصية تجاهلتها محركات البحث العالمية وهناك الكثير الذي يمكن إثارته حول هذه الخصوصية وثراء اللغة، فصناعة المحتوى الرقمي العربي تواجه معوقات كبيرة، منها غياب الاستراتيجية الواضحة، وانعدام الاهتمام بالبحث والتطوير واستخدام اللغة العربية، بالإضافة إلى ضعف البيئة التمكينية، والنقص في وسائل الاتصالات والحواسيب في مناطق عدة من الوطن العربي. وتعتبر هذه الدراسة نظرية تحليلية تعتمد في إنجازها على الأسلوب الوصفي التوثيقي بهدف جمع البيانات من الأدبيات والدراسات السابقة والمراجع العلمية ذات الصلة بمجال البحث بهدف توضيح دور المنصات الإلكترونية في إثراء المحتوى العربي الرقمي.

The importance of the creation of Arabic Content on the web is a prerequisite to the rise and the advancement of the Arab societies and their strong access to the knowledge society and to narrow the widening digital gaps. The Arabic Digital Content represents the real next challenge as one of the main fields witnessing a severe competition between the great dominating powers on one hand, and on the other hand, it is still an objective that Arab Countries work day and night to reach by developing the available means and resources to use the Arabic language and enhance the Arabic presence on the internet. Because the enrichment of Arabic content is no longer the responsibility of a particular or a certain party or state, but the responsibility of all individuals, and all public and private organizations and associations. Recently, the electronic platforms have spread in Arabic and are no longer limited to one category or another. In the light of the competition to enrich Arabic content, A group of programs, applications and sites that serve the Arabic reader have emerged. Today, the Arab world is really missing an Arabic search engine and an authentic Arab industry. The attempts made in this regard are very modest, despite the peculiarity of the Arabic language which is ignored by the global search engines. Here, as much as can be raised about this privacy and the richness of the language, the Arabic Digital Content Industry is facing numerous obstacles, such as the absence of a clear strategy, the lack of interest in research and development and the use of the Arabic language, in addition to the weakness of the enabling environment, and the lack of means and resources of communications and computers in many regions of the Arab world. This is an analytical theory study based on descriptive documentary method aiming to collect data from literature, previous studies and scientific references related to the research field in order to clarify the role of electronic platforms in the enriching process of Arabic Digital Content.
