المستخلص: فالشريعة التي جاء بها نبينا محمد صلي الله عليه وسلم شريعة حذرت من الحيل أشد التحذير، وأغلقت أبواب المكر والاحتيال، وقد أورد ابن القيم مباحث الحيل من كتابه إعلام الموقعين تأصيلا وتمثيلا، فجمعتها ورتبتها لتسهل الاستفادة منها؛ لذا كان موضوع البحث «الأصول التي اعتمدها ابن القيم في رد الحيل»، ويهدف البحث إلى جمع الأصول التي رد بها ابن القيم الحيل، وضم الفوائد في باب الحيل إلى بعضها لصياغة رؤية متكاملة في رد الحيل عند ابن القيم، والاستفادة من كلام ابن القيم لصياغة نظرية متكاملة في رد الحيل. واتبعت في هذا البحث المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي لما ورد من كلام حول الحيل في كتب ابن القيم، ثم ناقشت المسائل على ضوء الاتفاق والاختلاف، معتمدا على المصادر الأصلية في التحرير والتوثيق والجمع والتخريج، مع التركيز على موضوع البحث وتجنب الاستطراد، والعناية بدراسة ما جد من القضايا مما له صلة واضحة بالبحث، وقد عالج البحث تعريف الحيل ومفاسدها وأسبابها عند ابن القيم، وجمع أصول رد الحيل المتعلقة بكلات الشريعة، والمتعلقة بالاستدلال، والمتعلقة بالمقاصد. ومن أهم نتائج البحث: أنه عالج ابن القيم الحيل على قواعد ثابتة، وأصول راسخة، وأنه لم يخرج ابن القيم عن هدي السلف فيا قرروه من أصول وقواعد، وراعى المقاصد الشرعية في رد الحيل تأصيلا وتمثيلا. وكان من أهم التوصيات: أن ضرورة جمع متناثر أهل العلم في رد الحيل تأصيلا وتمثيلا، وتخريج النوازل المعاصرة على تلك الأصول، وتكوين نظرية متكاملة حول الحيل من خلال التراث الفقهي للأئمة المعتبرين.

The legislation (Shariah) that our prophet Muhammad (PBUH) brought, has strongly cautioned against tricks, and closed the gateways of deceit and fraud. Ibn al-Qayyim mentioned the subjects of tricks from his book: Information for Those who Write on Behalf of the Lord of the Worlds (I'laam ul Muwaqqi'een 'an Rabb il 'Aalameen) in a conceptive and representative manner, so I collected and arranged them to make it easier. Thus, the topic of the research was “The rules adopted by Ibn Al-Qayyim to prevent tricks”. The research aims to collect the rules by which Ibn Al-Qayyim prevented the tricks, and combines the benefits in the section of tricks to each other to formulate an integrated vision so as to prevent tricks by Ibn Al-Qayyim, and then finally take advantage of the words of Ibn Al-Qayyim to formulate an integrated theory to prevent the tricks. I followed in this research the inductive and analytical approach due to what was said about the tricks in Ibn Al-Qayyim’s books. Then, I discussed the issues in the light of agreement and disagreement, relying on the original sources in editing, documenting, gathering and producing, with special emphasis on the topic of research and avoiding digression. Besides, studying the issues which were clearly relevant to the research. The research identified the tricks, its vices and causes by Ibn Al-Qayyim. It also gathered the rules of preventing the tricks related to the faculties of Sharia, pertaining to reasoning and purposes. One of the most important outcomes of the research: Ibn al-Qayyim addressed the tricks based on the fixed rules and entrenched principles, and did not deviate from the guidance of the predecessors in what they decided towards the principles and rules. He also maintained the legitimate intentions in preventing the tricks with conception and representation. The most important recommendations are: The necessity to gather the scattered works of scholars in preventing the tricks in terms of conception and representation, generating the contemporary issues on those rules, and forming an integrated theory about the tricks through the juristic heritage of the considered imams.
